Croma Retail — Delivered a damage and | |||
I have purchased a cooler from online via croma store on 12 sep 2012. they delivered a damaged product on 15th September. Invoice no SLE00210908. Same day I told customer care by phone as well as email to replace or return it to me. but they did not bother to even reply email as well. the most pathetic service i have ever seen is croma. why croma have customer care team. i will go to consumer forum for such frauds. so please think twice to take any online purchase from cromaretails. Because they will send whatever condition item they want then never look It back They will not have any conversation whether by phone or no response to email if any damage thing has reached to customer.
