[Resolved]  CSC — Voter Id card not recived

I am sorry to inform you that I have submitted my application form duly filled in all respect to your represetative in the month of august '08,
and have not yet received my voter id card till to-day.
There fore I am requesting to please arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.
