[Resolved]  Cut Store / Puma Shoes — No replacement/repair for damage in 3 months

I had bought shoes worth 1700/- in Third week of October 2008.
the shoe got damaged in just three months o[censored]se. the store keeper refused to take any action on damage.

puma is cheating their customers tooo the core
I got this puma shoe on 3/13/2009 worth 3500/- from E-32 South Ex Part-2, Delhi-49. The receipt # 26584 and store 015A.
So on the very day after 2 hours i went with a complaint to replace my shoe because of the problem in the shoe. the response i got from Mr. Abhishek Verma (employee) was not to replace it because i worn those shoes.
Well this was really dissatisfying for me that a company like Puma doesn't take into consideration what problems are faced by the customers.
This is just to inform you that I had gone ahead and purchased a shoe from you exclusive showroom at Lindsay Street on the 24/11/2008 and the shoe lace was worned out just after nine days and I had to go back to the store to get the shoe lace replace. And even had informed the Showroom representative that the shoe had quality and manufacturing defects and needed to be replaced. So the showroom representative Karan told me to use the shoe and if the shoe gets worned out they would go ahead and get the shoe replaced.

In the month of February, second last week of February I had to personally go down to the showroom and show then and tell them that the shoe was worned out, the sole pasting's were detached and the shoe needed to be replaced. The Sales man at the point to time told me that he would get the shoe replaced and asked me to come back to the store in the next week. When I had gone down to the store in the next week the sale's man told me that it was not possible for us to replaced the shoe as the shoe has come back from the PUMA LAB'S after a QUALITY CHECK which indicated as there is NO Quality defect in the shoe and has warned out doe to usage. So I requested the Salesman to Kindly present the quality report and he said me that it was not possible for him to present the report to me. And stated for any more discussion I could get in touch with MR. Subhadip [mobile no:[protected]] who is the BRANCH MANAGER of PUMA INDIA LTD FOR EASTERN INDIA. and I had gone ahead and called him several time and had no response from him. Today finally after two months when I spoke to him he said not was not possible to do any service for you pair of shoe's.

Being a PUMA Customer I don’t understand why did I have to buy new PUMA sport's wear if this sort of service is being dedicated to me. My PAIR OF SHOE'S STILL LIES AT YOUR LINDSAY STREET SHOWROOM AND NOW ITS BEEN MORE THAT TWO MONTHS AND THERE IS NO ONE WHO IS THERE TO ASSIST ME OR IS OF ANY GOOD HELP TO ME.
One more very important point here as I remember I had paid RS 1200 or RS 1300 for the pair of shoe's and just to inform you that I have spent more than RS 150 on my telephone bill and RS 600 to RS 700 on transportation trying to get in touch with you people who represent PUMA IN KOLKATA.

I have purchased the Puma future cat m1 shoes but after wearing 4 days the color of shoes started fading. i bought the shoes for 5000 rupees and it dissatisfied me for my purchase. so what should i do now please help.
i have purchased a puma shoe pair from amritsar punjab 3 months before but my shoes are totally crack & damage..if i will not recieve any answer regarding this i will directly go to press..

i have purchase a puma shoes for 4999 n i have wear it for only 3 times n its colour is fading of puma where puma is written puma sign is washing of its article code is 350866 26 n size is uk7-27.8cm n ITS STYLE IS MOSTRO LEATHER N its mfg is ON june.12 n i have bought it from puma outlet in delhi in C.P
I purchased Puma shoes online from an authorized puma's seller. And i received a defective product. When i asked them to replace my product under warranty, they said.
"As you bought the product from market place, we can't refund the amount to bank account or to any other wallet. We can only process the amount as store credit that can be used for future purchases in our official website"
If they can't replace the product which i bought from authorized seller then why they are even selling it online.
