[Resolved]  Dabur Foods India Limited, Real Orange Fruit Juice — Spoilt Real fruit juice

After repeated calls and enclosed e-mails with regard to the Spoilt Real fruit juice (Batch No.[protected]. [protected]/DNPL/00, Manufacturing date 03/09, Expiry 09/09. no action has been taken by Dabur Foods, not even one reply has come and the ENCLOSED E-MAILS OF 15th, 18th, 21st and 25th May 2009. The Sales executive who visited my house refused to address my complaint. He wanted the pack of spoilt Real fruit juice back which I refused to give as it is a piece of evidence.


ALL THE E-MAILS SENT TO DABUR FOODS ARE ENCLOSED HEREWITH

I got a call from your representative Mr. Sunil Kapoor, Sr. Sales officer that he would solve the below mentioned problem, but there has been no information from him for the past three days nor have you reverted to me through e-mail. Kindly do the needful in this matter.
