[Resolved]  Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — New Meter Not Connected

I am a consumer of Electricity of DHBVN from Gurgaon Sub-Division, on Dec-2009. when I tried to note the reading of consumption, had come to know that meter is not working in meter reading.
Being a responsible citizen, immediately I submitted the request to related office ( SDO Sector -14) as acknowledgement of meter status, But none activities has been made by department, and billing have raised by department as avarage, and honelsly I was paying the amount according bill
But on 17 Dec 2010 department has raised the bill for 3 times, When I visit to SDO office and asked regarding this, they told to change the meter yourself on your expendeture, It was not there a single persons that this is the responsibilty of department,
At last I purchased meter, but JE was not there, so I rushed to pick the JE, when JE meet me he send a contractrual person to check the meter, after all when he checked the meter, i rushed to JE again for signatory ,
There was not a persons to disclose the procedure, I rushed to meter submiting centre but due to recipt of Lab testing charges, he denied to submit the meter, then I rushed to deposit to amount for said charges, and rushed again to submit the meter, he denied again without MCO no, when I rushed to MCO no, there was luch time, after lunch when the clerks came back, and I request to MCO, after 30 minutes I get MCO no, and when I rushed to Centre to submit the meter the office was locked, and came to know that he have gone,
next day I took the leave from my company again, and visited to centre where meter being submitted, there was office was locked, after waisting one and half hour the officer came, I submitted the meter and try to receipt he denied to sign and told after 7 days the meter will be replaced by department
but now 10 days has been gone not any employees has been visited at my house to replaced the meter. my meter status is below

Dakhshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — testing of meter

I lodged a complaint no.[protected] with the customer care centre on 29.07.2009 for challenge meter. My account No. is SB01/4461. I have already deposited the prescribed fee of Rs.100/- vide receipt no.260, book no.80830. inspite of a lapse of more than 1 month, no testing meter has been installed. The existing meter is running very fast. I would request you to look into the matter.
