[Resolved]  DATA ONE — Not able to access my Portal or,usage a/c

My Broad band service is linked to Tel No [protected]. For a week last I, m not able to get my usage a/c or portal.Message is "Server Trouble or confugration' Or Contact the administrator...Server port 80.
plz look into resolve & reply to mobile [protected] By S M S, or on land line or through email--

dataone — usage

The problem i am facing is that i have just started with new connection of bsnl broadband and when i open website of bsnl to see the usage, i always enter the id which i have but they say me that it is invalid or password when both of them i.e. id n password both r correct and valid. Plz check out this problem n send me again a confirmation mail that ur id is this and that u can check now ur usage o[censored]r broadband.

DATA ONE — how can i check my account i.e.across my free download limit.

plz give all the step wise details regerding to access my account limit, thanks
how can i check that i have downloaded how many data?
is opening a page is also counted in downloading?
please give response.

Sir,
Since I got my BSNL Broadband activated (about 15 days back), I am frequently getting connection problems. Earlier it was OK but for the past few days, I am so often getting disconnected (at about 10 min interval) . When connected, speed is not proper. Sometimes, while verifying, it says u entered invalid username and password .
I contacted BSNL Broadband centre several times on 2350000. Mostly, they don't pick up phone. When they pick, I never get a satisfying reply. They keep on saying, check your telephone line. I even registered my complaint 3 times on BSNL complaint number at 198. But nothing has happened till now. I am helpless. You are the only hope for me

DATA ONE — broad band downloadin speed is very slow

My broad band downloading speed is very slow at about 20kbs to 30kbps plan is 256kbps UL
but one month before my downloading speed is at about 70kbps to 80kbps why my speed is down
I have 7 to 8 times complaint local office but they do not notice my complaint
Plz solve my probulums otherwise i have surender my modem and disconect your service

bsnl has no facility to maintain automatic bsnl broad band usage account.when we search a page today how many usage cost will be diasplayed only next day or ... cannot update for a month also.this is mostly affected the bsnl 1gb 2gb users.TODAY THE MAIN PROBLEM IS USAGE PAGE CANNOT BE SEEN, THERE WAS AN ERROR OCURRED IN THAT PAGE, FOR THREE DAYS I HAVE NO FACILITY TO SEEN MY ACCOUNT USAGE.SO PLEASE MAINTAIN AN AUTOMATIC USSAGE ACCOUNT.UPDATE THE ACCOUNT AT THE MOMENT WHEN WE SEARCH A PAGE.PLEASE CORRECT THE PROBLEM IN ACCOUNT USAGE PAGE ALSO.
I live in noida and have 750 plus plan. The problem is permanent. Download speed is shamefully slow. BSNL does not listen. Is there no one in psu giant to attend to consumer complaints?
