Frequently loss of BSNL Brodband connection
Before comletion of earlier complaint & spell chech yhe connection was lost. My internet connectivity gets lossed within every 5 minutes time. Lot time of times, line disturbance aws being reported & attended but problem is not yet solved....

Not able to access my Portal or,usage a/c
My Broad band service is linked to Tel No [protected]. For a week last I, m not able to get my usage a/c or portal.Message is "Server Trouble or confugration' Or Contact the administrator...Server port 80.
plz look into resolve & reply to mobile [protected] By S M S, or on land line or through email--

When I want to enter the site http://10.240.43.216 there display a error message "Domain name is not defined". Before 1/11/2008 I am able to see my usage details by using my portal id in the site http://bbservices.bsnl.in. For for the last 4 days the site again & again inform me that "No records found"
