[Resolved]  DATA ONE — Frequently loss of BSNL Brodband connection

Before comletion of earlier complaint & spell chech yhe connection was lost. My internet connectivity gets lossed within every 5 minutes time. Lot time of times, line disturbance aws being reported & attended but problem is not yet solved.

DATA ONE — Misuse of Wireless Modem

I have been using Data One Broadband connection since April 2008. In March 2009, I received a bill for Rs. 9, 000/- (approximately) towards excess usage of internet. I had never crossed the allowed limit since I had the connection barring two occassions. It was then I realised that I had a wireless modem and one of my neighbours had been using my connection. At the time of installation I was never informed that my connection was insecure. Since the fault was both at BSNL and my end, I paid the bill without any protest. Since April I had been requesting BSNL to secure my internet connection and they failed to do so till date. Yesterday an Area Manager called me and asked to me follow his instructions to secure my connection. I told him that as a layman I cannot do so and someone from BSNL should come and setup security. The Area Manager said it was not under the scope of BSNL to provide security and the user has to set it. The way he told me this made me decide immediately to discconect the service which I did today.

DATA ONE — automatically dounloading

Respected Sir,
I am a resident of sangrur,my l.line no. is [protected].i have been using bb from 9/10/09.The service was so good but after 15/11/09 someone using my bb from exchange,when i conect to bb dounloading automatically starts and it may go 2.25gb in just 14days.i personally not used obove 750mb.I have 500combo home plan. please look into the matter.

DATA ONE — loss of connectivity

My landline no. is 24366456, I have problem of frequent loss of internet connectivity (After every 5 to 6 minutes). I am facing this problem since last jully 2009. Every time telephone people are comng checking the line and replying that line is ok, but the internet connectivity problem remains as it is. You are requested for nedfull action or suggetion.
