[Resolved]  Dataone Broadband — Speed Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

Two weeks earlier I had taken a dataone broadband connection but from that date I am facing the problem of speed (very slow speed). I had already complaint to the telephone exchange regularly from the connection date but nobody is going to hear my problem.
So I requested you to kindly take the action and solve my problem, and I shll be really thankful to you for your kind co-operation.

Data One Broadband — Broadband Speed

I have taken broad band connection - unlimited plan - Rs. 900.
i am getting only 256kbps, but one of my friend who took unlimited plan Rs.750 is getting 2mbps!!!

Why am i not getting 2mbps??

I am not able to check my data usage of dataone. when i go to check account usage link. like is blank & no Page opens.
& also i want to change my user id password so can anyone guide me that how to check account usage & about changing password.

Sir i am having broad band plan 250 and when i swithed on modem, connection has not made quickly. I have to wait for nearly 1/2 hour to connect with lan.All the lights are blinkering before connecting.I also made complaint eith my exchange but no responce. pls advice to change my modem. MY EXCHANGE NAME:ADALAIYUR IN TANJAVUR CIRCLE[TAMIL NADU].
Dear Sir,

My BSNL Broadband is Very good next Phone line is very good, but not downloading speed support. Downloading only Transfer Rate 7Kbps 10MB Files Downloading time 1Hour.
Here i changed ADSL Router in three times. I had already complaint 45 time but no service persons not will come. I seen 6JE, 7Line Man, 45Calls Booking But not effect.

So please you kindly help us.
So i am in final stage disconnect only. Monthly 1000Bill Regular.
