dataone — High handedness of officers at bsnl , mahanagar lucknow office

I am trying to get change my dial up conection to broadband from th past 7 days but these officers are making me run from pillar t post ever since. I have met may officers, submitted complaints, but to no avail.

I approach all Offocers of BSNL, Every officer give ref to other officers without any solution now I want internet to be disconnected

i have using bsnl broadband service since 10/09/2008. since beginning we have facing following problems as follows:

1.)frequent disconnection broadband service during use.
2.)speed of broadband is very slow.

Since last three weeks my broadband is not connecting.Dail tone is not comming. May please be rectified as early as possible. This coonection is fron Vzag steel plant township, Visakhapatnam.

Only one the password and username was typed and after which no change in the same was done. Now all of a sudden the password is not accepted.

dataone — BROADBAND CONNECTION PROBLEMS

MY TELEPHONE NO.[protected] FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK I GOT THE PROBLEMS. THERE IS NO PROPER ANSWER FROM BSNL PEOPLES. EVERY TIME SOME ENGINEERS COME AND TRY SOMETHING BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEMS. BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BROADBAND. THE BEST ISP WITH BAD SERVICE ENGINEERS.

THESE SERVICE ENGINEERS WILL HELP PRIVATE SERVICE PROVIDER TO GROWTH.

SOMEBODY TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS LIKE THESE PROBLEMS OTHERWISE THERE IS NO FUTURE FOR DATAONE.

I have BSNL Data one Broadband connection. I found my connection Bandwidth speed is about 54kbps, I raised complaint around 10 days back, they taken complaint & gave me the c.no 88222616. They told me with in 48 hrs time they will fix this problem, but not yet. Again I call them on 30th Dec'08, they given me one more complaint number 8823385, they told me by 24hrs they will fix this problem, not yet fixed. Again I called up now they told me, they having problem with under water cable problem, and they given Higher Official number[protected]. They asked me to talk to them, I also tried them last 30 minutes, I am getting only the engaged tone. But I have other connection near by, there i am getting above 1.2mbps. I[censored]nder water cable is having real problem, it should effect all line, it should not effect particular area. How can I fix this problem? Shell I take this problem to consumer court, there can I get response

dataone — Dataone not accessable for last 10 months

my dataone connection was irregular since beginning. Since September, 2008 till today I have not been able to connect to the internet. In Oct., 2008 I went to our SDO( Internet) at Panbazar office of BSNL @ Guwahati (Name- Mr.Sarma) who after checking told me that my telephone(Land line)no.[protected] is not fit for Dataone and he assured me to take action.He further told me to meet Mr. Deb/ Dey who is SDO (T) in my zone.I could not meet him on two occassions due to his absence.Till today it is not resolved. But every month I am paying Rs.500 being the minimum amount without any use. Many time The phone line is disconnected due to default in payment.But I am regularly paying. For last one month the phoneline remained dead. Today I went again to the office. the concerned officers were absent(Mr.Sarma and Mondal). from office one person enquired about my problem from another officer and told me that my line is having an EARTHING(?) problem. He suggested to lodge complaint which I did.
Now my querry is - will I get the connection back? when? I want refund of my money with interest for the dataone charges service of which could not be provided. Is there any record with BSNL System to let me know the days on which the phone line and Dataone were not available.
Should I go to consumer Readdress Forum?

i am not getting connection quickly and after getting it is disconnected many times. complaint lodged with nadapuram office several times but they simply dont repeat simply dont care

dataone — consumes more memory

Myself prajwal a.b.am using the broadband internet connection from BSNL. my plan is rural 150 per month tariff with 1GB free download. The problem with ma user account is that the memory is been consumed more than expected or more than its supposed to consume.For example if i use only orkut, but also it consumes lots of memory in terms of MB even if i use for a short duration of time as if like half an hour.Is the problem with ma windows XP or anything else.i need a good suggestion.
