Datawind — Tab is not yet received | |||
Hi , I had booked my Tab in Jan and also had send a predated cheque to Datawind in Jan for which i have got a mail that they have received my cheque , I was assured that i will get my Tab in 1week , Since then i am continuously following up with them but every time i call they give a false commitment that by the end of the month we will get out Tab , This is happening from last 7months , The Customer Care don't respond to the calls properly either disconnect the call or put them on Hold , I regret that i trusted Data Wind and Booked a Tab , I had booked iot to gift my brother on his birthday in March but got ver dissappointed by the false commitmets.
