[Resolved]  Datawind Ubislate — Product Not delivered ordered on 21/7/13

I have ordered Ubislate 7C+ ( Akash 3) on 21/7/2013 based on their e mail & promise to dispatch tablet within 72 Hrs.I have paid thru my credit card but till date they have not delivered product.I have written Nos of e mail & made Phone call but they are not responding.The company is mis saling product using Govt of india name & it is fraud.They using consumer money for there own interest.I have asked to refund my money but No response I am getting.Some of mails are getting bounce due quata exceed in there mail box.i am sure lot consumer writing complain & even they are not bother to response to there mail.I am sure it is online fraud created by using govt of india name.

Pl help me to get my money back or product.my mails communication are attached here with..
Why you delaying refund.I am requesting you to refund my payment on ground that you have failed to deliver product on time.I do not accept any deduction since it is failure at your part.Fails to do so I will take legal action against you.

Now I do not standard reason for delay in dispatch or refund.Either dispatch today or refund today?.

If you are such a poor delivery system for product which you claim in ready stock is just cheating customer & holding payment for long.

I am also forwarding all my mail communication ministry of HRD on ground you using name of Akash project to fool people.
