[Resolved]  Datawind Ubislate — PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED

Respected Sir,
My Self Sagar Sharma Email ID [protected]@gmail.[protected]@gmail.com have booked a TAB with Data Wind in April 2012 for which i Have made Payment on 21st April 2012 Vide Cheque No.486453 of Bank of India.According to my Bank Statement the cheque is cleared and also they have given me the confirmation for the same.

My Booking No. is PME72F513024 they have promised me that they will deliver my product in June Which was then changed to July & then to August Since then i am only receiving their fake promises i have preserved their each and every emails on 25/10/2012 I received a email in which they gave a offer to up grade my product to UB Slate 7Ci by paying Rs.500/- more and they have promised of delivering the product within 72 Hours.of getting Confirmation I replied their mail on time but once again they had made a fake promise and now i am very upset because of their this behaviour. I don't have any more trust in Datawind Please help its a genuine request.
