[Resolved]  DDA — dda refund

I APPLIED FOR DDA FLAT VIDE APPLICATION NO. 0170579
ALONGWITH DRAFT NO. 409507 DATED 15092008 FOR
RS. 1.50 KACS BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

As per SMS received at my phone No - [protected] i'm asked to collect my refund (DD No - 953596) from ICICI Bank Green Park Delhi- 16 within 7 days i. e by 14th of may 2011. You are requested to deposit the same draft / refund in my PNB sector - 18 Noida in my OD A/c No.[protected], as i am not personally fit to collect the same by 14/5/2011.
However if same is not possible i may be able to collect the same through an authorised person or collect personally subject to the advice of my doctor after 19/5/2011 or by or before 01/06/2011.
