COMPLAINT AGAINST DDA WHICH IS CARRIYING
OUT THE BUSINESS OF BRIBERY IN THE DEPT.

Respected Sir,
1. With due respect, I would like to bring to your knowledge , the business of bribe or unauthorised construction passing out parade is going on in DDA.
2. Iam going to disclose the cunning or i can say the unauthorized activties done by the following persons, which not only fizzle the name of DDA , but i can say destroy the name of the deptt. in front of general public.
3. Mr Jaidev (Peon), posted in LAB, DDA,Residential, Mr. Ramkishan(Peon), DDA, posted in R&D (working in LAB Residential),Mr Dayanand(Peon), posted in L&B , Mr Jagveer singh Malik , (Peon) , Posted in LAB , Residential Scheme.
4. Now, With your permission, i would like to withdraw the curtain in front of them.
5. First of all, Mr Jaidev (Peon), Posted in LAB Residential, he is posted as Peon, but he issue fake letter in the name of other party and always sell the photocopy of files to the dealer specially to the property dealer.
6. Secondly ,Mr. Ramkishan had a history of notorious employee of DDA. He had already booked, when he was posted in Housing DEPTT. for selling the "Demand letter" and "possession Letter" and after that he was suspended. Even he is restricted to enter in INA VIKAS SADAN , DDA , but still he is a "Mufia" in Residential and Development" scheme Branch.
7. Thirdly Mr Dayanand (Peon), Posted in R&D,doing the work of buddy with Mr. Ramkishan and earing a huge amount of Bribe with them.
8. Mr. Bhagwan(Peon) has started a new business of selling the Photocopy of files to the dealers. He has a wide network , even Mr Dayanand is associating with him, to send a photocopies of the file to the dealers home. He got huge amount of bribe in return. I Promise you if deptt. enquiry will held against above stated person, surely you will unearthen the black sheep of DDA.
9. On the oneside, DDA is saying that, it is one of the honest Deptt, in India, but the above stated information revil the truth of the department. I urge you to take the neccessary action against the guilty person and bring them to the books.
10. An early action is requested please from your side.

DDA — Corruption

MS AGGARWAL ( mahasingh aggarwal ) is working as an asst director in LM / WEST ZONE SUBHASH NAGAR NEW DELHI , is one of the curropted offficer found as mine concerned .. he is been found taking ransom of money as a bribe from the poor livings of slums this is creating a huge problem over the livings of the pooor people . as far as promised by the prestigious DDA ORGANISATION this man is breaking all the rules and regulations and wanted his rule over all places. His time period of working is already over and he is still spreading curroption all around , he is found to have connections with the reputed and high post people thats why his transfer is still restricted . please its the urgent request to take some required action as all the poor people are suffering too much problem because of him .

    Dear sir ,
    Hi level unauthorized construction is going on at flat no 14 B , Prem shanti kunj , 2 club road civil , lines , new Delhi despite the courts order , full swing construction of additional floor is going on with no one to check . I think there is some serious lesion between the staff of mcd and the owner. Please take urgent and immediate action or else I shall resort to legal action, RTI and even Media to get into this matter

    I applied for DDA housing scheme through ICICI bank/ Formzero but still I did not get my refund. I phoned and mailed to ICICI bank many times but no respond for them. Now I do not have any update on my refund. Application No is 6016967

      This is to draw your kind attention towards the illegal 2 stories created at C-4E/308, Janak Puri Main Road, New Delhi-58.
      This party have extended 5 feet at 2nd and 3rd floor without any pillar support at the back side. This is quite dangerous to neighbours.
      You are please requested to look into this construction and take necessary action.

        I have not received refund of conversion charges . I filed my application for refund on 19.05.09 ag DDA letter dt. 05.02.09 (In DDA letter they are inform me to take the your deposited money back due to conversion not possible through its letter dt. 05.02.09) In the response of their letter I filed my application on 19.05.09.
        But from that date I am not received my money till date . My flat comes under Group housing dwarka. Pl inform me the email ID of DDA where I correspondence about my refund.

          I have registered LIG Plot application No. 191280 dated 21/04/1981, FDR No. 16280 for Rs. 2000. The registration number is 430 and Priority number is 20255. I am more than 70 years old retired central govt employee, but still not an owner of flat/plot. Can I hope to be an owner of a living place in Delhi?

            Is there some justice in India? I have been waiting for plot allotment that I applied for under DDA Rohini Scheme in the year 1981. It's been 28 years, several trips (I have lost the count) to DDA office, without any response from them.

            My priority # is 16166 under MIG category and I am pained to see that there are many such folks who are still waiting for the same.

            I am a retired person with no means of income and still waiting to hear from DDA that someday I will have my own home...some day...I am already 67 years old...

            DDA and Delhi Government is bunch of supreme bastereds and thieves who only know how to make money by making fool of innocent public. Even after 29 Years there are so many people who are still striving for their own home. They were made false and filthy promise by DDA who claims social responsibility as their main agenda. Actually, they are ideots and theives and Delhi Governmnet and other judicial bodies are handicapped or intentionally negligent of their duties towards public at large.
            Only God can save public in India.

              I would like to register the complaint with you regarding flat no. a5 b sfs,288, D.D.A Flats,paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110065 belonging to MrD.K ARORA. There is no approval from DDA and above all an illegal construction has been constructed on the terrace which is against the by laws. Here there is no map approval has been taken from DDA zonal office. Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction on the terrace is a threat to the nearby structures. Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people since cracks on the walls are visible.and they heve enchroched park of DDA also and using that as temple ,, one green park is turning into concrete temple,,

                The recent Hot News of DDA Flat Allotmentments is not the only news that shook us all, there are other such act which remained hidden since there was no one to take their voice to the respective authorities.

                The request of hundreds of Housing Societies that are waiting for their turn for allotment of Land by DDA is falling in deaf ears. One of such socieities as mentioned below going registered nearly 27 years back and still waiting for its turn for allotment of land.

                The letter is being written on behalf of hundreds of members of Rajanigandha societies who are waiting for their turn for years.

                We are members of “The Rajanigandha Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd” which was formed by 84 promoters on 5th November, 1983. The society was registered on 9th March, 1984 under Registration Number 1628 with registrar of Cooperative Societies. Slowly our strength became 180 members.

                On 28th April, 1985, the Registrar of Societies had sent a final list of 180 members of our Society to Delhi Development Authority for allotment of land in Delhi. And you will be surprised to know that even after 24 years, those members are still waiting for their turn for allotment of land from DDA. Half of their life has passed, some of them have already passed away and during this period some members who could not wait withdrew their membership. Still the society has nearly 140 odd members who are living in the hope that one good day they will be allotted a piece of land in Delhi.

                Surprising fact is that, many Societies who were registered much after our society, were allotted the land and have even built the buildings. Only God or DDA knows how they got the allotment. Malpractices prevalent in DDA are welknown to everyone.

                Our Society has been convening its Annual Meetings regularly and more than 60% of its members are senior citizens who had invested their hard earned money to build a home for their children.

                The history of Rajnigandha Cooperative Society is a perfect example of portraying plight of common man who plays in the hands of loose systems and control of our government and still lives in the hope that maybe tomorrow his voice would be heard.

                  Dear Forum,
                  I am an Applicant of 1981 DDA Rohini Land allotment scheme. I have been waiting for all these years more than 28 years now. I am about to retire and would like that those who are retiring and have no intention of selling their plot through a broker (as this pretext is being used by DDA that most of the allottees have contacted the brokers) but want to live for themselves. We are at the golden age of our life already being 64 years of age, we are left with only couple of years more of our life taking the average age in India to be 65 but still no place to live. I have no house of mine anywhere on this planet and am unable to fidn a place to live in Delhi the city of my dreams where I grew up and was educated. I appeal to all concerned to do something. I am ready to give an undertaking that I will not sell the plot or house if allotted, till death or something. I dont know what more assurance of misuse of allottment government wants though it is unable to stop any body from misusing the system where brokers use allotmments that are meant for living and doing business. The DDA should design a plan for the real users and real applicants of the DDA Rohini scheme and llott those who are more that 63 and are facing retirement with no place to go.
                  I assume that this letter will go to GOI consumer forum as provided by the website.
                  I would like to know more if some one can I inform me on the latest in the matter.
                  Will our children be entitled to the land if something happens to us?

                    This is to inform that the MCD does not take action on complaints registered with them for the stray dog increase in the colony. The DDA Flats, Sector -9 , Pocket-1, Dwarka suffers froms stray dogs, children are afraid to walk on the roads. When the the RWA president Mr. Jingan was approached his answer was the MCD is to take action. When it was informed to a senior officer in MCD he said I am not a dog catcher. Who is supposed to look into...........God help us

                        IT IS MATTER OF GREAT SORROW THAT OUR STREET LIGHT IN OUR POCKET IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. MOST OF THE BULBS OR TUBES ARE FUSED THAT IS WHY THERE IS DARKNESS IN THE POCEKT.                           Hi,

                          I am a resident of Green Valley Appt, Rohini Sec-18. I want to bring DDA's attention to some of the illegal construction, done in our area. The roads in our colony are narrow. Over & above, people have extended their house area, by occupying the road area, which makes the road narrower. It is almost impossible 2 cars to paas simlutaneously, when society was develoed we had ample parking space but now as people covered roads on name of garden and trees, so we have been facing lots of issues.

                            Dear Sir/Madum,

                            This is my 3rd. complaint.I am a resident of DDA flate No.105-E, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.
                            My next door residents Mr. Mishra flate No.106-D, 106- E and 106-H are illegaly and unauthorisingly constructing above said flates and that too so dengariusly, the whole buliding is constructing on two piller made by 4mm saria only and covering all the balcony without any piller.First of all because of this unauthorised construction rest of the residents will have to live their live without fresh air and natural light.
                            Secondly the construction is so poor it can damage the humen life any moment and there after MCD will be held responsible for allowing unathorised construction.
                            My humble request to the MCD please look in to this matter and demolise this unathorised construction as soon as possible so that rest of the residents can live with fresh air and natural lights and can sleep tenssion free.
                            Appriciate to see your action in next 48 hrs.

                            This is my third complaint.I am a resident of DDA flate No.105-E, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.
                            My next door residents Mr. Mishra,DDA flate No.106-D, 106- E and 106-H are illegaly and unauthorisingly constructing above said flates and that too so dengariusly, the whole buliding is constructing on two piller made by 4mm saria only and covering all the balcony without any piller.First of all because of this unauthorised construction rest of the residents will have to live their live without fresh air and natural light and with nightmare indengar their lives because of poor unauthorised construction.
                            Secondly the construction is so poor it can damage the humen life any moment and there after MCD will be held responsible for allowing unathorised construction.
                            My humble request to all the authorities please look in to this matter and demolise this unathorised construction as soon as possible so that rest of the residents can live with fresh air and natural lights and can sleep tenssion free.

                            Mr Dinesh Todwani of E105 himself has illegally extened his DDA flat and has acquired 40 sm of public area and also causing a great danger to public life due to poor construction quality and can take human life at any time, due to his illegal construction air and sunlight has been blocked, Please look into this take nesseary action otherwise any incidence will take place in newspaper heading.

                              Sir,


                              For the purpose of conversion of Flat No.D-34, Tara CGHS Ltd., Alaknanda, Kalkaji from leasehold to freehold, you had directed me to “deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- on account of penalty for regularization of draw of flats” vide your letter No.F9(2087)/2007/GH/DDA/7991 dated 5.9.2007.

                              The flat was allotted to me and its possession given to my representative Shri Ramesh Kapoor on the 8th of September, 1979.

                              Kindly clarify the following:-

                              (i). The draw of lots for allotment of flats was to be conducted by the DDA in 1979. The possession of the flat could not be given to any allottee till the draw of lots had been conducted.

                              (ii). The DDA was the Lessor and TCGHS was the Lessee of the flats. If the Lessee gave the possession of the flats to the sub-lessee allottes before the draw of lots have been approved by the DDA, the only course open to you was to cancel the allotment and transfer of possession by the Lessee – the Society.

                              (iii). Allotment and transfer of possession of a flat without “Draw of Lots” cannot be regularized by levying a penalty. It can be regularized only by ex facto approval by the DDA and the DDA cannot impose a penalty for giving ex-post facto approval.

                              In the alternative, the allotment and transfer of possession of flats would be illegal.

                              (iv). The DDA took no action regarding the allotment and transfer of possession without having carried out the ‘Draw of Lots’ for over 25 years (from 1979 till 2007). As such, it is deemed to have approve the allotment of flats and condone the condition regarding ‘Draw of Lots’.

                              (v). Kindly furnish me a copy of the rule or order under which you have levied a penalty of Rs.1,000/- from me in 2007 for the transfer of possession by you (the Lessor) to the Lessee the society. How was it my (sub-Lessee’s) responsibility to ensure that a Draw of Lot was conducted before the possession of the flat was given.

                                Dear Sir,

                                We want to draw your kind attention that once again, the residents of Pocket-1, Sector-22, Dwarka are not getting adequate water supply regularly from last one and a half month. In-spite of functional established water supply pipeline network and availability of adequate water from MCD for one-hour daily supply atleast, concerned junior officers (JE) in collaboration with tanker lobby are deliberately not routing the same through dedicated, healthy, leak proof piping network. In a months time it has already happened for 25 days including since last three days.

                                Instead they are following the tanker route. Here again they are not sending promised 25-30 a day. I am sure that this is certainly affecting the DDA exchequer, in addition to reputation.

                                This water supply from DDA is neither sufficient nor in good quality to use for fulfilling the daily needs of the residents.

                                The concerned area JE is not doing any serious efforts in this regard. Our families’ are becoming sick and their daily lives are going into hell due to facing this water problem.

                                You may see how DDA authorities are torturing the residents of DDA flats?

                                1. They have provided poor infrastructure with inadequate water boosting capacity etc and this is to bear for years.

                                2. Storage tank is having cracks and nobody is bothered to set right the same.

                                3. DG Set is out of service since last one year but inspite of promises it is not being set right so far.

                                4. We are also facing acute water supply since the water booster is not capable to boost the supply upto our premises, even it is not boosting up to common points outside premises at first floor. All residents have been compelled to install motors and additional tank in garage for the same.

                                This is to quote that we have been paying highest rate of water charges over Rs 6.28 per KL. Whenever, rest of the Delhi pays about 1.50 per KL.

                                Therefore, we demand higher authority intervention to mend and initiate appropriate action to improve the same.

                                  WE LIVE IN FLAT NO BP-50 IIN PITAMPURA.
                                  THE BALCONY OF FLAT NO BP-52 IN PITAMPURA IS IN VERY BAD CONDITION AND BIG CHUNKS OF PLASTER AND CONCRETE KEEPS FALLING IN OUR TARRACE. WE HAVE ASKED THE OWNER TO GET THE BALCONY REPAIRED,BUT HE HAS REFUSED TO DO SO BECAUSE HE HAS BOUGHT THE FLAT FOR INVESTMENT ONLY. WE CONSTANTLY LIVE UNDER FEAR AND ANEXIETY. WE DONT LET OUR CHILDREN GO TO TARRACE.
                                  THIS HAS CREATED TERROR IN OUR MINDS. GOD KNOW WHEN BALCONY FALL.
                                  PLEASE DO SOMTHING BOUT IT.

                                  DDA Flat — deauthorize vendors

                                  sir, opp.the a-1 market keshav puram delhi 110035, lots of vendors capture the resindisal parking space .

                                  kindly take action against the vendors, who captured the parking space.

                                    I would like to register the complaint with you regarding flat no. 657 Pocket-6, D.D.A Flats, Rohini Sector 2-New Delhi-110085 belonging to Mrs. Vashist. There is no approval from DDA and above all an illegal construction has been constructed on the way to upstairs. Here there is no map approval has been taken from DDA zonal office. Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction craetes uneasyness to movement of street. Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action.

P chauhan R/O A-1/44 sector 18 Rohini is initiating unauthorised construction of this flat.Threating his neighbours and claiming that he has bribed every concerned person in your esteemed department and also in Delhi Police.So nobody can stop him from extending his flat from illigal unauthorised manner.Kindly take immediate action other wise an illigal construction wil be erected within a days time.Hoping for an urgent action from your side.

                                      I have applied Rs 3000/- Under the 20-Point Programme of the then Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi, a scheme was launched for the poor people living in slum areas of Delhi to provide a good shelter to them and accordingly I registered under the said scheme vide the Application No. 14624/ Priority No.14624/new no 14495/4 .

                                      Since a long period of 24 years has passed, I visit lot of time to dda office, I have not been provided any plot or flat under this scheme. I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter personally and enquire from the Director (Housing), Slum Wing, D.D.A. Vikas Kutir, ITO, New Delhi so as to fulfill the dreams of our beloved Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi.

                                        My Father-in-law booked under DDA (NEW PATTERN HOUSING Registration Scheme--1979) an LIG FLAT.approx 30 years ago. DDA make that draw in 1991 and given a LIG Flat at (Flat No.958, 3rd Floor, East Loni Road), Due to it is on 3rd floor they have CANCELLED that flat and paid another demand draft for next draw.

                                        And DDA have given an letter from (The Dy. Director (H), Delhi Development Authority, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi.) that we will cancelled that flat and my name will be considered for the allotment of a flat in the next coming draw. But after that not even a single letter have been recieved by us.

                                        My father-in-law is a senior citizen and mother is really broken to see DDA response. This can not be done by DDA. It is not a private firm which can easily ditch anyone in a democratic country. We are really sad to see such a slow response from the governement or any social firm. No one is ready to take any kind of action on this matter. I think we should come in front of the media and raise our voice. Please help us.
