[Resolved]  DDA / Horticulture — Poor Park Maintenance

I do agree with the Complaint lodged. Similar situation is prevailing at our colony at Himgiri Appts., Kalkaji Extn., Near Govindpuri Police Station.For almost one month now there is no Mali deputed in this colony for watering the plants.In the Park adjoining Flat Nos.1 To 16, there is no maintenance. During extreme heat of the Summer (44*C) absence of water is destroying the plantations-----infact systematically eradicating greenery in our parks.
Incidentally, the Malis deputed to this colony are found languishing in tree shades of the Central Park and having tea & gossiping.When requested, they insolently reply that no specific order of posting has been made for the Park in FLAT Nos.1-16.But none of them bother to even water the Central Park saying the pump is out of order.
This needs you immediate action & arrangement be made to water the parks urgently.

DISTRICT PARK SARITAVIHAR


District Park of SARITA VI-HAR is totally neglected park . There are no MALIS and CHOWKIDARS deployed to look after it. On inquiry, it has been advised that contract
for maintenance has expired and new contract is yet to be finalized, Every night 30 to
40 cows are left for grazing by neighboring milk dairy owners . These cattle all around
including on track (built for walking). During rains the whole area is in total mess .
A contractor has been given job for constructing a tank for water harvesting. This contractor, s
men are camping here since last 4 months . They have built their huts in the entry of main gate
of park and are living in most unhygienic condition . DDA should take immediate action to improve
failin which weI propose to file PIL to bring to task errant officers.

No any worker/attendent ever seen in the park which has a jogging trak.

Poor apartly of the relevent deptt is likly to turn this park in to a garbege dump pretty soon.

No any maintenence of the park resulting boundry wall has damaged and green grass is as the garbege.

You are requested please insure the regular maintence of this park so that local citizen's can enjoy the park.

maintenance/repaire of footpath of park situated opposite N-97 and N-101 panchshila park north block. Reminders being sent regularly for the last three years no responce. complaint submitted to Executive Engineer SED-11, copies to Chief Engineer South Zone .
Park situated bhind N-81A Panchshila Park Norh Block is being used as parkeng lot by neibouring colony also part of the park is being used as open sewer, inspite many complaints and reminder no action.

first of all i would like to congratulate you that because of your efforts
we got such a park (Jaildaar wala park) in our village full of lush greenery
and walking and running paths. We all the residents of village badli and
surrounding areas actually call this park our paradise. But because of some
carelessness of caretakers of this park this paradise will surely turn into
a barren land due to excess playing of cricket etc.which is denuding lush
green grass of this park, besides it the pathway is broken at many places
and a number of tiles are not there leading to sometime stumping and falling
of our grandparents. I sincerely request you to turn your attention towards
this park also.

i am resident of c-5/16 keshav puram delhi-110035, we have two trees in front of my house with broken branches dangerously hanging from one side of the tree. The branches hanging are a serious threat to the safety of the residents as there are electrical wiresbelow the hanging brancehs. They also stop sunlight and view from window apart from a security concern. So request you to send a concerned person to cut the tree branches . Further it is to your kind notice that it has become a very serious problem that the park are not watered and maintained properly, which is resulting into clouds of germs and mosquitores, causing all possible sickness to us.
I rquest the concern official, to look into it, visit there site on sos basis for first hand appraisal, and depute effective staff for needful action

We the daily morning walkers of the Prasad Nagar Jheel Park and want to bring to your knowledge about the public toilet provided inside the park is in very bad and shabby condition and its maintenance has always been overlooked by the accredited staff . Moreover from 21 March this has been closed due to bad condition as it has not been looked after for a long time.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and this pubic toilet is mostly used by the ladies for their ease.
We hope that problem will be soon removed and some fruitful solution will be sought .
