I would like to register the complaint with you regarding flat no. 91-C, Pocket-12, D.D.A Flats, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-110025 belonging to Mrs. Kamini Singh. There is no approval from DDA and above all an illegal construction has been constructed on the terrace which is against the by laws. Here there is no map approval has been taken from DDA zonal office. Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction on the terrace is a threat to the nearby structures. Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people since cracks on the walls are visible.

It is also misused for renting purposes which is not permitted by DDA and could collapse at any moment.

There is no approval from MCD/DDA and above all an illegal construction has been constructed on the DDA damage polt and done the [censored]e regestry of this plot which is against the by laws. would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction in garb of a fancy tent cloth covering to avoid any detection of any kind. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction.
The total DDA land area encroached is 40 sq. yard. In back of this they were using as Car Parking. They built a full fledged room.
This is my 2nd reminder as no action is been taken yet for my 1st complaint.

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding illegal construction at Flat No. 276, Block-A DDA Flats, Bindapur, Dwarka. The flat owner has made the permanant structure on the common ared provided in between the flats. The strucuture is creating obstructtion for the passage through the same area. This kind of the illegal consturction is a kind of appreciation and provides inspiration to others to do so.

In order to maintain the space provided the DDA, this is very essential to stop such illegal construction, which is going on with no restriction from any authority in this area.

I beleive this is the common duty of everyone living anywhere to use the common space for common purpose only. I am sure with your actions and restrictions, this kind of illegal constructions will be stopped.

The flat owner has made the semi/permanant structure on the common park. The strucuture is creating obstructtion for the passage through the same area. The two, owners of flat numbers 360/A and 361/A of Pocket J&K, Dilshad Garden, Delhi -110095, have crossed all limits of illegal construction that is rampant in the area and have constructed on portion of the passage that is used to acess other flats in the colony. As the passage is the only way to get inside and take out your vehicles, the illegal construction has blocked smooth movement of vehicles and has also prevented vehicles to be parked on government area earmarked for the purpose. Suggestions to remove the extension go unheard and people go to the extent o[censored]sing the already narrow passage to organise personal functions. The result, there is almost a regular exchange of angry words with the neighbours.

I feel that bthe situation could turn urgly if quick action is not taken as parking problem will only rise in coming days. The neighbours are not getting additional comfort by illegally constructing and extending their DDA flats.

Kindly right agencies, maybe DDA or MCD, or for that matter Delhi Police be told to take action immediately before situations gets out of control. The illegal extension on the ground needs to be removed urgently and quickly. Kindly suggest and take some action.

We wish to bring to your notice that Mr Jain F-18/70, Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi 110085 is doing illegal construction of a 7 Storey building.

He is paying huge bribe to DDA/MCD/Shiela Dixit officers and thus able to do illegal construction and harassing everybody in the neighbour hood.

I invite your kind attention that I have complaint many times to the MCD (West) regarding the illegal construction of the above said address to Deputy Commissioner, Asstt. Commissioner and other senior staff of MCD West Zone but every time my complaint has got no result and all in vain.
After getting to much harassment and mental torture by owner the resident of the above said flat I am sending you the complaint regarding the serious matter.
I would like to draw your attention for the same and hope for the positive result. The owner of the Ground Floor Flat No. 204-A, GG-1, MIG, Vikas Puri New Delhi has changed all the structure of his MIG Flat and extended one extra room. Either he has not provide and RCC Beam/Pillar in the flat nor give any support to the roof. All the inner original walls of the flats has been remove which can cause a big accident and it’s the matter of the life of the other people of the adjoining neighbor. He has money and influence so he has gave bribe to the concerned department and the other concerned department.
If something will happened in this regards the concerned department can face huge problem. It our humble request to take the matter seriously and do the immediate action on the above said matter. The life of the peoples are in your hand.

In my flat no. 445 there are two bed rooms, one drawing room & balcony etc. On the roof of one bed room there is terrace for third floor and no room for 4th floor and ground floor of the same space there is vacuum. Otherwise every flat of the specific building two bed rooms and one drawing room are constructed by DDA.


COMPLAINT : Owner of the Flat No.447 & 448 intended to contruct two storeys on the roof of my bed room i.e terrace of 3rd floor. Since our pocket construction is very old in Dwarka. By constructing two storeys on the space of the bed room, the weight of two storeys will affect the whole portion of my flat which may cause demage to walls and lantern can bend and since ground floor is vacuum area / no support. Looking to the safety of my owned flat no.445 by this type of illegal construction which can cause bend of lantern and breakage of walls.


Hence it is humble requested that this illegal construction may please be stopped immediately by your kind intervention so that my flat will be protected.

I have informed you many times that illegal construction has been going on in Flat No 254-B, Lawrence Road, Keshav Puram New Delhi -110035 against the plan installed by DDA. They have build forth floor and now there neighbours are also start constructing. i don't know what is concern authorities are doing. Many times i have lodged the complaint but no action has been taken till today. now this is my last mail if apt action has not been taken I'll lodge written complaint to your higher authorities with proof and attached mails which i have sent to you. DDA is also sleeping and not want to woke up because constructor shut there mouth with huge amount of bribe. हमारे एरिया मे कुछ 7 दिनो से लोकल पुलिस व अनय कुछ छुटभैया लोकल नेता की वजह से अतिक्रम जोर-शोर से हो रहा है, पहेले सारी फूटपाथ ताथा अब कल पूर्ण रूप से एक दुकान बना लि गई है, ( ऑपोसिट मेड ईज़ी ) जो डीडीए के पार्क की ज़मीन को घेर लिया गया है, पिछले काफी समय से इस दुकान मे संभर-वाड़ा एवम ढभा चल रहा था, कुछ समय पहेले भी इसकी कंप्लेंट लोगो ने मिल कर लोकल पुलिस एवम 100 नंबर पर की थी ( थाना मालवीया नगर ) पर कुछ नतीजा नही निकला.

समस्या यह है की यह सारा अतिक्रमण एक विशेष वार्ग ( मुसलिम) लोगो की मिलीभगत से हो रहा है, ज़िसके कारण कोई भी लोकल रेसिडेन्स लाइमलाइट मे आना नही चाहता. केवल कुछ 10-15 दबांग लोगो के कारण यह सब हो राहा है.
इस अतिक्रमण की वजह से नाजायज़ तरीके से एरिया को भी क़ब्ज़ा किया जा रहा है तथा लोकल ट्रॅफिक अवम आम जन का रस्तो पर चलना अवम अपनी कार पार्क करना भी मुश्किल हो गया है.

मुझे आशा है की आप इस सिन्सिले मे कोई ठोस कदम उठायेगे.

In H.No.253, Ghee Mandi, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055 which of DDA is lying empty for several year, no one is residing here. The condition of This DDA house is so poor and big trees had grown in all the area . Snakes & other insect are seen there which can harm the nearest houses. Therefore I request you to please look remove the trees etc and clean the area at the earliest.

In Moti Nagar area of Delhi there are lots o[censored]nautorised structures built, where at tim more than 100% is occupied by making building on the rain water drains and foot paths. This has casued a lot of inconveniance besides putting undue load on the infrasturures. At some places in Block C and B there are gross voilation of the MCD by laws.

This calls for a complete survey and see that violations are under control and any corrective action taken.

The owner of said property i.e.36, Rama Road, Opp Sri Durga Mahindra, New Delhi-110015 constructed a basement which is an illegal activity. The MCD officiers not taking any action and they enjoying the bribe from the owner of the above said propety. The construction of basement of very higly risky for the said property.

It is further submitted that the number of constructions are going on in this area but MCD Officer know about them but they are not taking any action against the illegal constrcuction becoz the MCD officers are also with them.

Further you are requested to take necessary action and stop the unauthorised construction.

I woud like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the Building, Against the sanctioned plan set by MCD, Delhi. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other owners since the alteration will result in non adherence of the Laws of MCD & Going Against the Sanction plan from MCD,
Will be adopted as a routine affair by all other neighbouring people.

Unauthorised Construction is going on at G-10 and G-62 Mansarover Garden, New Delhi -110015 and due to this back lane from G-7 to G -11 is completely blocked for pedestrains , vehicles movement . Road has been broken due to heavy trucks movement in the back lane which come for loading and uploading building material .Moroever the entire back lane is full of garbage and Malba of these buildings .

Building has no papers/no NOC/ no approval from NDPL/POLICE/MCD/DDA.
this premises is situated on main road and having no parking. if it will complete in any form it will create parking problems in future and because it is construct for commercial use it will create more safety and security problems in future.
Building situated in front of a world known govt. research center in PUSA and anything can be happened in future as PRESIDENT of INDIA and PRIME MINISTERand HOME MINISTER are visiting here very frequently.
Area Police officers are visiting in building several times to inspect if any problem is there to construct they are seems reletives of premises holder. they both belongs to same community and same caste.

DDA or MCD officers visited before yesterday and stopped the work on the site but next day work started again with full speed.
I m afraid if i disclose my identity because all concerned departments are involved in this matter.
i m going to file RTI against this case as:
building has no registry or power of attorny
building did not complete its approval of FIRE SERVICE
building has no NOC from DELHI POLICE or NDPL
building has no DDA or MCD approval
building is commercial and has no parking

and government websites has no complaint portal on their websites. because they are currupt and dont want people complaint against their employee.
I m forwarding this mail as hard copy to newspaper and area DCP also.
hope to solved this matter soon.

Sir, my name is Apoorv Jain and I am a resident of 18/7 Shakti Nagar, Delhi. We have a four-storeyed unauthorized flat construction behind our house and we are facing the following problems:

1. No Parking: The flat does not have any parking of their own and the residents park their cars in our back alley. At times, they come late at night playing loud music and create a lot of nuisance.
2. Water Pump Installation: They have installed 6-7 water motors just behind our living rooms and they run their motors from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, continuously. It creates a lot of noise and we are not able to sleep at all.

I recently shifted base from Mumbai to Delhi and managed to get a rented house in alaknanda.I work in a BPO and usually reach home by 3 or 4 in the morning. On 19th April'2011 when i reached my place I saw the door was open and my house was in a mess and I realized that this is a case of robbery. I called 100 number and the police was there in 10 mins. I did not lose much of my stuff, so it was all fine for. the next morning I walked up my neighbors to inform them about the incident and get some information if they had some. I requested then to contributed 100/- per month to get a security gaurd from 1900 to 0700 from a private security CO as it would be safe for eceryone in the vicinity.

they just shook their heads in the meeting and nothing has been done so far. I guess they are still waiting for something more to happen before they take any action.

The point is that there are more then 70 flats and all are well to do families. 100/- per month shouldn't be a hit to their pocket I guess. Trust you me, if it would have been Mumbai for this matter things would have in place by now.

DDA housing scheme - data of my form not showing

Hi, I had applied in a DDA scheme on 27-sep-2014 through central bank online but still when i am checking the status by entering application number it shows "no data found"

The owner of the undermentioned flat has made a garden in front of his house and further encroached the road area to a great extent by building iron fencing for his plants and pots, thereby creating a lot of inconvenience to the general public.He unnecessarily quarrels with the public who asks him the reason behind this illegal construction. I agree with the complainants as there is lot of illegal constructions going on in DDA flats. I am living in DDA flats kalkaji. These flats are single or double story and the owners the these flats are carrying out construction of additional 2 or 3 stories above the existing one and give them rent or sell them off as builder floor. Builder Mafia is mushrooming there creating parking and other problems by making illegal constructions in connivance with local police.

This is regarding illegal coverage done by influential residents/owners in Sector B Pocket 1, Vasant Kunj New Delhi covering the open spaces and on the roads which needs to be stopped immediately which is creating great inconvenience to all the residents.Govt authorities are aware & sitting, just watching things happen as if as if they are concerned with their monthly salaries.This is law and order problem in Delhi.Residents complaints lead to fight between the 2 parties and nothing more than that .Problems faced by residents :

1.Open spaces eaten up by ugly looking buildings are created by adding unathorised construction designed by labour.
2.Covering mainholes and storm water drains leads to blockages
3. Boundary walls are dug up on tar road by ground floor residents to extend and make additional room.
4.Parking area is reduced hence accidents are happening.

SUBJECT- The land meant for public utility services of the general public included in ongoing construction of plot no.E-1/2.THE area encroached is about 100 sq feet of front and 80 ft of backlane.approximate value Rs.14 lakhs.


DEAR SIR,

1. THE MCD south zone is the gaurdian of public utility land and places in Malviya Nagar. In the ongoing construction in house number E-1/2,the plot size is 25* 5 yard = 125 sq yard.

2.It is being built with a basement and 4 storey .The area actually constructed is 26 1/3 *5 yard.Its impact of 5 stories is as under:

a) Total area encroached in basement and 4 stories is about 100 sq feet in front.

b) Area encroached of back lane is 15' in length, 3'-4' in width and 20 inch in height. total area about 83 cubic feet encroached exclusively for personal use.

c) Public back lane has been reduced.The width of lane has been reduced from 14' to 10-8'.The public lane caters to about 130 houses
(16*4+16*4 story).

3.As the gaurdian of public utility services and land of the area.The encroachment is brought to your notice .

4.The details may be ascertained and necessary action as required under the law may be initiated. The house under construction is as on date is incomplete.Encroachment affects other residents of the area.

It will be appreciated if I am given a communication on the action taken by your office at the earliest.

Personal — encroachment

there is year round occupation of the area in front of Hanuman Market , Amrapalli crossing, Indira nagar. Being a doctor, my patients suffer falls, parking is a problem for them as well as for us. no amount of amicable talking has an effect on him. The police seem to not know, we do not know what to do. Can you help?

Encroachment — Encroachment of land (side lane) of park.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

This is to inform that we are the residence of Block No: 2 Nehru Nagar, New Delhi-110065. There is a main gate of entering the Park (in front of mandir) and on the opposite side of main gate, a small gate is provided for entering the same park. A dhobhi had fixed a thara in front of house no: 2/47 and acquired the side lane for his commercial purpose. He not only Encroached the side lane but illegally using electricity since years. In the night time the dhobi uses that place for Alcholic drinks and even drugs activities. So its our moral duty to remove that thara for such bad activities.

Kindly make some necessary action in order to remove that shed and bench of dhobhi in residential area.

The DDA park size in katwaria sarai (In front of house no of 146 B) has been decreased by the villager and the position of wall is also changed as there was no space left for parking. From two sides the area is decreased. People are using the park as parking.

Noone is there to see these things
