Deals And You — not refunding my money | |||
I have taken the mobile from deals and you for 6000 rs. Order ID# 687983,order number “[protected] when receiveed that in that no battery and all other asscessery so I called and request for missing item and after 8 days I receive battery and other item when I put the battery to mobile then mobile also was problem I got very hangery I called and scold them and I send the item return thru professional courier docket no# mys13030541 and place the request for refund on 20th july after 25 th july they told that wait 7-8 days after that 9th day I called and mail them they told again 5-6 days to wait after that till now IM calling them and e-mailing still no refund nothing please help me Was this information helpful? | |||

I have heard across so many friend's reaction. Deals and you is a fraud company. I have heard from them that the owner was doind Money chain business and cheated lot of people.
dealsandyou — Money not refunded
I have a placed an order in DealandYou on 26/04/2012. On the same evening the order got cancelled and the next day I have call & mail from them illustrating that the order got cancelled and they can't refund me money in terms of cash instead they will give me a voucher of the same amount to be spent in DealsandYou only. It took them 9 days to give me the voucher on 05/02/2012. The same morning when I tried to spent that amount buying two products , one of whcich was unavailable. But at the same time the voucher got accepted and the amount (2999) got spent into that, though the order was cancelled techinically due to unavailability of the product. Since then when ever I am trying to apply that voucher its showing a discount of Rs89/- only, as the rest of the amount is deducted in the failed transaction. When I talk to them they asked me to send the screen shot of error. Since then I am sending them screen shots only and they don't bother to reply.
Deals and You — Not refunding the money
Dear Sir,I am from Bangalore.I have Ordered 2 kids laptop worth around Rs.1500/- in deals and you online portal on 6th may 2011.
I printed the voucher i send it across to hyderabad vendor to collect the product.The vendor said the product was no more available with him. I requested them to refund the money since the product is not available with them. I made around 15 std calls (each call around 25 to 35 mins) and around 10 e-mails. They will never give a proper assurance about the refund.When ever I call they just say " I am forwarding your complaint call us after 3 days".
I googled about deals and you , there is plenty of complaints about that company.I dont have any hopes left of getting back my money. Please let me know the future course of action.
