I bought a pizza corner coupon from dealsandyou.com ...while my creditcard was charged for the said amount but the site never delivered the coupon and inspite of calling them repeatedly @ their support number no one picked up the call! and no one responded to my repeated emails as well

You should not post your number in such public forums. Almost all the organisations today use marketing SMS's as an effective marketing tool. In my opinion you should not get all worked up just because of these SMS's. You can avoid these and other such SMS's by activating DND services on your mobile phone. I am sure that will solve your problem.
