I ordered cheesy 7 pizza and it was burnt. I need refund of that pizza and price was 745/- and 33 cm size.
Please check the photo and give refund for this.

Earlier mail was marked however timing was not mentioned correctly I placed order at 9:30 and pizza was delivered at 10:45 to 10:50 that was almost one and the half hour delivery boy was without Pizza Hut bag was carrying and delivering pizza from local plastic bag I also received from same.I also asked for identity however delivery boy failed to do so.I am not happy with Pizza Hut service.Taste very bad as pizza was not hot at time when it was delivered.Poor quality bad experienced ever had.Previously quality was fine I ordered online through app first time however first time experience was very bad. My concern was timing and the quality delivery boy was without Pizza Hut bag and was carrying pizza from local plastic bag. That guy was handicapped so I don't want to raise any complaint against him however the cautions and the precautions should have taken by the superiors.I request u to please refund the amount.

Fixed Computers and installed new hard disk 160 gb. Total charges payable was Rs 1300. When asked the customer to pay as informed before; Mr Inderjeet the director of the Da Pizza Corner said "paise sham koh le liyo". Again I came to his office at Maidan Garhi and waited for 1 hour and when I called he said he will reach office as he is on the way but he never came and his employee told to come next day morning which was informed by Mr Inderjeet on phone call to him. Again Next day morning when I came he did not came to his office at maidan garhi also. Work was done at Da Pizza Corner Uttam Nagar. This Company always take services and never pay on time.

I was denied of delivery from your pizza corner branch, in the following address, Address: #536, First Floor, V.V. Plaza, Opposite Brigade Millennium Apartment, RBI Layout, VBV Plaza, , Kothnur Rd, Phase 7, J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078 The response given by your branch authorities was that the address was out of the delivery zone. But infact my address was just 2.3km from your branch. And it would take hardly 15min in regular traffic conditions. This is kind of disappointing, when you state that the delivery is done within 3km radius and you still fail to give services.

On 01/6/2014 I have ordered Pizza in which I have found dead insect. Luckily before having Pizza I have found the insect. Later I have thrown the pizza completely without having it. There is no complaint desk in there website. So please make them to compensate me with another Pizza

Incident on 10th Friday January 2014. We had pizza from Sri Harsha road outlet of pizza corner, Mysore. We took it parcel to our rooms and ate the pizza, conizza, chicken sticks, garlic bread and brownie. What to say the next morning we all 5 suffering from severe food poisoning with dysentery and heavy vomiting. That day 2 of our members hospitalized. The only thing we ate is from pizza corner that day and hospital premises too confirmed msybe itsca part of cheese or some ingredient in pizza. Still 2 o[censored]s are not cured from the gastric problems and we're filing a complaint against the franchisee in very next day. Its such a bad experience. Once you visit and eat from this outlet you will be down :-(

This is in reference to Order No.:961153, Bill No.: 7456. I had ordered two portions of Cheese Garlic Bread (4pcs each) and after 20 mins the delivery guy (Kailash) had come with the order and got me just one portion of Cheese Garlic Bread (4pcs) when asked about it he did not have any idea of the number of pcs in a portion and told me that the order delivered is of two portions(2pcs each) whereas I was billed for two portions of 4pcs and after 5 mins of explaining he finally agreed that the order is incomplete and had gone to get the complete order. After 25 mins i.e. 48 mins after I placed the order he came with the complete order and when I refused to pay, the delivery guy named Kailash took the order away and left. So there is no truth in their claims of 39 mins or free. This has been a really disappointing experience for me.

Two medium pizzas were ordered at 20.39 hrs of 20.7.13 and only one was delivered at 21.30 while a wrong delivery of small pizza was made. The same was immediately returned and we were promised replacement within 5 min and till 22.20 hrs no reply and even after multiple calls we were told the stores manager would contact and nobody did so. Finally after shouting at 22.35 a pizza totally mutilated conditions was delivered at 22.45 hrs and person delivering told just sorry.

Keeping customer hungry that too in late hours of night, after getting full payment...PIZZA CORNER .. KEEP IT UP

We went to Pizza Corner at Velachery last Saturday (5-May-12). While taking the order, the Barrer told us that it will take 30 mins to serve the Pizzas and 5 minutes for the Garlic Bread. We agreed to it and ordered the items needed. We got the Garlic Bread after 45 minutes (that too after Asking the barrer again & again) and pizzas were given to us after 1.15 Hrs. There was no proper service in the Pizza Hut. Only for door delivery they are giving importance. For dine in, they are least bothered about the service as there is no time bound clause to it. After eating the Pizzas (which were not hot though), we asked for the bill. We were waiting for almost 15 minutes for just the bill. It was an irritating dinner at the end. The bill had so many complex details in it and neither the barrer nor the person at the bill desk does not know the proper detail of it. We ordered for few combos. the price mentioned in the Menu card was just for Combo. But in the bill, they have individually mentioned the type of Pizza ordered & then have subtracted it. The Veg fingers rate was mentioned as 39 in the menu card. But as per the bill its mentioned as 79Rs. When asked for an explanation, he gave some big logics. Finally we were so fed up that we paid the bill as its & came out of the Pizza Corner.

I have been through very bad experience with Pizza Corner home delivery today, I ordered for pizza which did not come even after 2.5 hours. After numerous followups which every time ended in "I will call you back" statement, someone came to my apartment. The pizza was cold and stale and I had to return it back.
A very bad experience for me after coming back tired from office, they have hopelessly bad service.
Please be aware of ordering from Pizza Corner. Its 11 Pm and I am still waiting for the next delivery boy to come :)

I work for an MNC in Chennai. i'm provided with ticket restaurant coupens worth Rs.1100 every month. I had a gud dinner in Pizza Corner @ Casablanca, Pondicherry nd wen i gave the ticket restaurant coupen(accepted in all Pizza Corner stores) for bill, they refused saying that its a franchised store! wen spencer's daily, more, reliance fresh and others r also franchised stores nd accept ticket restaurant, y doesnt Pizza Corner???

We visited the Indranagar, 100ft rd, Bangalore Pizza corner yesterday 24th June, 2009. Ordered for pasta and garlic bread as starter and later for pizza as main course. They generated two different bills for them. I was ok with this as amount to be paid is same in total.
But when I tried to use a gift coupon which had some off on them, they said if one bill is more than 350 /- then only they can accept. and for me the total bill was more than that but individually they were lower than 350.
Although I paid the total amount still they were not ready to accept that, generating two bills was not mistake on their part.

This is to advise everyone reading this NOT to buy anything from Pizza Corner as they are absolute fraudsters. Today, they delivered pasta and a sandwizza to my house, something I didn't even order and they charged it to my credit card through which I had made a transaction with them a week earlier over the phone. I work night shifts and I was not at home when the delivery boy came and they made my mother sign the charge slip. I will definitely take this case further!
