Dear Sir,

I have order an samsung mobile B7722 on 27.08.2012 through online and pay an amount for Rs 7299/- by electronic payment. After that I got a confirmation slip which have an order no 783936 and voucher no 6V8NTKO349. They also mentioned that the order of the product will be delivered in 14 working days. But I didn't get it still date. So I send a mail. They simply register my complaint and didn't take any action. If I call their customer care they are also take as a complaint and says with in 48 hours wee will reply. But they didn't give any information about the product. So i called again on 24.09.2012 to request them to refund my amount they simply says the above answers already tell. Kindly do the possible think to get a refund on it. I like the product so only I purchase as a debit card payment. But they will never treat as genuine. So kindly help me to recover my amount. I herewith attach my order confirm receipt snap shot get from dealsandyou.
