[Resolved] Deccan Chronicle Paper — Improper delivery and selling in market without delivery to subscription customers | |||
hi I am regular reader of Telugu 2 papers and recently your Deccan chronicle agent contacted me to subscribe for DC scheme. I paid Rs200 for 6months subscription, where paper was not delivered for 20 days. and recently they stopped delivering at tangellamudi of ELURU region. where as the paper is available at the stands that i see.. so do note this as complaint for the improper delivery of the DC paper to me, which i felt really terrible to go for this mischief subscription for this DC paper. thank you for the note k brahmayya Tangellamudi Eluru 534005 Was this information helpful? | |||

yesterday representative of DC called at night and enquired about the complaint..
this same complaint was raised and discussed previously with the local head in-charge..
he responded saying he looks into the matter in the phone conversation previously once when we did not get paper fr 10days starting of the scheme..
now after talking to him again he said he would be looking into the matter.
final conclusion was
if you buy from stand u get your paper in tact that too at your will.
but if you go for the schemes for 6months and long term then we do not get paper regularly that I learned by experience..
thank you if the problem is solved as today i did not received the paper at all though the paper is available at the paper stand..

So note this as complaint for the irregular paper delivery of the DC paper to me.

my news paper is not comming from 10months first two monts is perfect service but after two monts not comming paper we are subscribed for 6months payment the chronicle paper is not come . i said so many times complaints to sridhar ,satyanarayana,bujjibabu d srinu and yesubabu agent but they do not take any action please reply immediatly .thankingyou sir.
