I had purchased a kent pearl ro in 1st week of august from pai international located at dr. As rao nagar. Here are the details: Product – kent pearl Kr [protected], in warranty Installation date – 7th aug’ 18 Cost - 16800/- Since i purchased this i have already faced numerous challenges using the product. I already called kent service 3 times to help fix numerous issues : 1) water leak 2) beep sound. Date of service: 1) 19th aug –[protected] 2) 24th sep –[protected] 3) 30 sep –[protected] Post my last complain on 24th sep the problem of leakage still exists. How does kent expect me to use their product on a long run as already in a month had 3 issues without the problem being fixed. I am an unhappy customer, using the product. The ad that hema malini gives on kent ro purifier receiving best quality certificate is fake, fake, fake Was this information helpful? | |||||
