delay in passport — Delay in Passport(applied on[protected]

Sir,

My file Number is file number is A075609 Submitted on[protected]. Police verification done cleared .My police verfication got cleared.and after that in month of April 2009 i got a letter from the passport office saying that fill your Nagaland Permanet Adress to complete the process.
I submitted the a apllication letter with mention Nagaland address and address proof of Nagaland,submitted 2 times at Enquiry Office and 1 time at DPO office.
But I didnt get any response againg I met DPO and he asked me to meet with someone in Policy Section.
I went to policy section they told like they have to get the clearance from the North East Home Ministry department but till now i didnt hear from anyone regarding the passport.So I request you to kindly arrange to Issue my passport with out further delay.
