[Resolved]  Delhi Gurgaon Expressway — Online Charges to wrong Plan

Dear Sir,


Please refer to my TAG No. [protected] regaistered in my name.
I had charged my TAG on 21st September online by Rs.540.00. Due to lack of clarity while recharging online I had selected Smart plan. Now while using this Tag last week it came to my notice at the toll plaza that there is NIL balance in this TAG which was surprising.
I had visited your customer care today and they informed that the credit on the Tag has expired as the charge was valid for only one month.
Now the question here is when my Tag is issued against the plan "Flexi" why did this accept "Smart" while recharging. Even if this was because of the system and of my non usage of the Expresswway during this time the credit could automatically be trasferred to Flexi Plan. This lack of clarity at the system and rigid behavious of Customr support executive only shows the malafide intension of grabbing the money from Expressway users.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and credit my unused balance to my above mentioned Tag No as per Flexi Plan.

Had a insulting experience at gurgaon tool road with one Mr sonu manhandling people on the toll bridge without any reason.I think the management should check such incidents by hiring people having some sanity and are not hooligans
