this is to inform u that infront of C 2 Amar colony there is an unauthorised connection of water tap through which water keeps flowing day n night on the road leadin to water logging n creating pit on roads n also causing wastage of our precious water.Also there is a commercial unit in this plot n they r using the water commercially without paying to the jal board.they have also attached a motor below their stair case n hid it under the stair case n indulge into heft of water.So please luk into the matter n stop this theft n water wastage by them.

Sub:Overflowing sewers for the last over two months.

We the residents of block 22 & 26 Have lodged so many complaints durind last two months but the sewers rae still flowing inspite of the visit by your men.
This infact is a chronic complaint of overflowing sewers on the main road between block 26 & 22, which is just at the foothill of Faridpuri in front of H.No 22 / 69-70, & 26/8 West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-8.This problem started long back, when sewers of Farid Puri(Un authorised colony area on DDA land)was connected to the Rain water sewers of West Patel Nagar.As this unauthorised colony is at a hight(Back of Anand Parbat) the gush of sewer water is so high from this area resuting in overflowing, choking & some times bursting of the sewers on the main road as mentioned.
The area is stinking so badly making it difficult to live here.
I think the only solution to this problem can be to join Faridpuri sewers with the coverd drain flowing just close to this area at the Comunity center OR else the 60 years old pipes(9 Inch)should be changed.
On behalf of the people of this area I request you to take the matter urgently & save us from getting serious health problems.The sewers should be cleaned immediately.

This is to bring into your notice that from past three months Delhi Jal board people came started digging for pipe line till date no one has turned up to do the neeful things remain opened no pipe line mothing has done , as we all are fasing the problem from dengue and chikunguniya . So many complanits have been made to DJB but no use , my mother and child are suffering from chinkunguniya (my neighbours too) pls i beg you to pls to do needful

I am resident of sec. 11 Rohini, I want to draw your attention regarding dirty sewer water coming right in to my house from the back sewer line.This is happening for long time and I am using water pump to throw dirty water out of my house.I am afraid that this will cause severe health concern and can cause damage to the wall of the building.I shall be greatful, if some concern department look into this matter urgently to avoid any mishaps.

Delhi Jal Board — Water not coming from last 6-7 months

This is to inform you that I an resident of WZ-60A, Naraina, New Delhi-110028. Nearly 6-7 months have passed, our water supply is not coming. We are forced to brign water in cans and buckets etc. At an interval of 2-3 days, we are regularly meeting JE (DJB) who is every time assuring that problem will be under control in next 3-4 days. But till now no concrete action has been taken in this regard. In this regard, I want to inform you that besides our street, the water is coming in every street. You are requested to please take up this matter with the concerned Dept., so that we can get the waer supply regularly

We have to carry the drinking water daily from the water tanker, for its, Childs are not able to concentrate their study
And more ladies have to struggle & fight with their difficulty to get water from tanker.
Another things of that we are continuing receive the water bill for drinking water last few months, even though
The drinking water not provided by Delhi Jal board. Many times logged the complaints for the issue but not action
& not satisfactory answer by authorize person of Delhi Jal Board
I need to know if drinking water is not available/coming at my home/area so why the generating the bills for same.
All the matter shows the negligent of Delhi Jal Board.

Hence Delhi Jal Board unable to provide to drinking water in this particular area to till day

Sub:- SHORT SUPPLY OF WATER GALI NO 81 SINCE NEW CONNECTION

Dear sir,
This has reference our complaint through mail on 07th Apr.11, 9TH Apr2011 and 12th of Apr11 reminder I & II respectably regarding short supply of water to gali no 81 F block Mahavir enclave III New Delhi 110059, but no action have been taken from your end.

PROBLEMS (TAIL END AREA
Due to tail end area we are not getting proper water supply because of low pressure of water and reaching time is very late we are getting water in last time hardly 20 minutes in the end, then stop supply this quantity is not sufficient to us or anybody but neighbors area getting water more then two hours, may be proper distribution systems are not there.

NEGLIGENCE:-
Several times we tried to contact to Jal Board Personnel on Ph. (No[protected] but nobody picking the phone. And and also no reply to our mail copy as per enclosed

ACTION REQUIRED:-(Distribution & monitoring)
Distribution systems should be investigate and proper monitoring system must be required because neighbors area getting proper supply more then two hours and we are getting only 20 minutes last time this is surprise things.

Further you are requested to Pl investigate the mater either technical or any reason, provide us proper water supply Please treated this letter as a problem not a complaint. Because complaints are becoming our basic requirement. This is very unfortunate.

Application – 4-5 minutes water supply from last one and half months.

Respected Sir,
I am a resident of E Block 276 Dakshin Puri, Dr Ambedkar Nagar, Sector -5 New Delhi -110062. Got issues with Almost 4-5 minutes water supply from last one and half months. This is causing lots of trouble for residents from E -274 to E-283. The main reason for the same is water pipe is not evenly distributed. Half of the street gets plenty of water and we have to walk door to door and beg for water.
