Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Arrear Amount in Current Water Bill – KNO [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your kind notice an error in my current water bill.

I, Hema Arya W/o Sh. Parkash Chander, consumer of Delhi Jal Board with KNO [protected], have already paid my previous outstanding amount of ₹1, 488.43 on 14-Jul-2025 through Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Google Transaction ID: CICAgKih7KrX2g). The payment was successfully completed and acknowledged.

However, in the latest bill (Bill No.[protected], dated 30-Aug-2025), the same amount (₹1, 488.43) has again been added as Arrear, which is incorrect.

I request you to kindly update my account and adjust the wrongly added arrear amount in my bill at the earliest. I am also attaching the payment proof for your reference.

Till now the corrected amount is still not updated on the portal. Because of this, we are unable to make the current bill payment. Please resolve this issue urgently so that we can clear the bill.
