i am residence of sector -20 pocket-12 i on behalf of my pocket making complain that we are not getting regular water supply and water that we are getting is contaminated. take proper action assoon as possible.

I am residence of S-2/138, Old Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi-110018 i on behalf of my area making complain that we are not getting regular water supply and water that we are getting is contaminated & the main thing is this we dont get water supply from last four days, today is the fifth day. take proper action assoon as possible.

This is regarding the water problem in our area. There is no any tube well in the area and private supplier supplies the water at Rs.300-400 per month cost and avail water once in four days. In this way we are facing a big problem of water and in the summer season the problem increases when there is no pressure of water. The supplier also not allows us to install the water pump. If we are talking about the new tube well in the area to higher officers, he warns us and and disconnect the water connection. He openly says that if anyone try to make efforts regarding installation of the government pump in the area, he(supplier) will shoot the persons who will be responsible for this. Once, when the localist tried to install new bore well He(supplier) came and beat the persons who were digging the bore, very seriously. In the past, he also installed his private pumps in government bore wells and operates them privately by selling the water. He openly says to the women of the area, if you try to talk about the new tube well, just take a life insurance of your husband or guardian. It is also to be notified whenever, anybody go for him and ask about the problem he says go to anybody you know, I am not afraid of him/her, I will continue my business as well, you go to him/her but I can call him/her right here and right now and it may be possible you also know him, by which type of words he uses. Whenever actions are taken, he releases by giving bribe to the officer concerning the matter. He also added there is no dare in anybody to face him and it is true, everybody wants to save his/her family and that's why he/she do'nt go against him. I am writing this letter to you because of security of mine and hope you will keep my details secret.
Sir I am writing this mail to do something needful and hope u definitely give positive response to me.

I am living in block no.6 house no134 near ramlila maidan subhash nagar new delhi-110027 . Our area is getting contaminated water supply by delhi jal doard the water is so contaminated that we are suffering stomech upset and skin related diseases . we are so afraid of the mcd water supply that we even could not wash our hands & bath .The contamination is so full of foul smell and some time with dirty suspended particles. I have the problem with jal board four times vide reference I D W00003052 W00003291 W00002815 and. W00002250. These complaints I am making since July 2009 but no result has come out . This is a very grave situation . The Engineers of the jal board have never visited us . The send only their lower staffers who mislead the public by saying that we supply good water in morning and in evening only . They are not understanding the real problem that the some of the main pipe line crossing some drain got damaged during the cleaning and the whole of the water gets contaminated or the pipelines laid in the area are damaged which need serious attention . I am writing this complaint as am feeling helpless in the entire case and need conform action from this esteem organisation..

I AM RESIDENT OF 2ND FLOOR, K-83/84, BA UDYAN ROAD, UTTAM AGAR(WEST) NEW DELHI-110059. CONTAMINATED WATER IS COMING THROUGH THE SUPPLY OF DJB IN MY HOME FOR LAST TWO MONTHS. ALL MY NEIGHBOUR ARE ALSO FACING SUCH TYPE PROBLEM. CONTAMINATED WATER IS JUST LIKE SEWERAGE WATER WHICH IS ALSO SMELLY. IN THIS REGARD I HAD COMPLAINED BY SMS SO MANY TIMES BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY CONCERNED OFFICIALS OF DELHI JAL BOARD. IT IS ONCE AGAIN REQUESTED THAT EARLY ACTION FOR THE ARRANGE TO SUPPLY FRESH WATER, REPAIR OF THE PIPLE LINE IF REQURED MAY KINDLY BE DONE IMMEDIATELY SO THAT ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT FULFILL.

We are depositeRs: 5000 in time of connection and we talked for returned of security money, but he didn’t return back. Approximately there are 800 houses in our area.

Delhi Jal Board — contaminated water supply from Delhi Jal Board

I am living in EG-104 3rd floor,Inderpuri, new Delhi 110012. Since march,2010 we are receiving the contaminated water supply from Delhi Jal Board . The water is contaminated with sewage water containing foul smell and suspended dirty particles . This contamination has caused epidemic of stomach upset and skin related deceases . I am a resident of L-IInd 892/20, of sangam vihar, new delhi-110062, I want to inform u about the problem faced by the public of this area as well as the officers sitting in Greater Kailash-I, who provide us water tankers as they can. our honorable MLA, Mr. Arvinder singh Lovely, decided to put some people to provide water tankers for the general public, but naturally he is so busy and do not aware what is the people selected by him doing.In our locality a property dealer, ramesh yadav and bholu manage the tanker distribution. They are not agree to adjust even a single complaint of officers working in G.K.-I, they also reject the water complaints adjusting by officers from CCR and CM office, before some days a person aged 65 of our locality was came with the water tanker provided by Jal Board, but the tanker was not reached to their house b'cos Ramesh Yadav emptied it in the way, I request to our MLA many times to remove these middle man but they did not take any action, so I wnt to draw a attention of delhi govt. that what happened here in our locality.

I am not getting drinking water inspite of so many complaints from last three months.My first complaint which i have lodged three months back is W00006444 is still pending but I am getting mails from DJB that this complaint is resolved by DELHI JAL BOARD .I am really surprised by getting such mails because my complaint is still pending.
