[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board Delhi — wrong billing | |||
amount paid in june in corpn bank designated branch, NFC, for delhi jal board not reconciled and again appear in current bill as arrears. it is very difficult to visit manytimes to go to djb office for get it corrected for no fault of ours . the same problem had occurred two times earlier and i faced lot of problems. this has happened again , so i request to do it correct and adjust the payment made second time in this oct. inthe next bill positively i do not wish to go to djb office for this reason . i made payment for my neighbour a widow and same arrears appearing for her bill as well .. she has also made second time payment , pl adjust that also . it is for 28 D, dda flat, pocket A, sukhdev vihar, n.delhi 110025. bill no. 486043 dt 27/9/11. 857 more paid . my bill yet on way to payment thro. -RWA . -- jal conn.[protected] , current bill dt 27/9/11. rs 445 paid more , request for kind reply . i m a sr citizen and due to disc slip can not go to djb office . pl help and corret the bill and adjust more money paid ., corpn bank receipts r with me for any verification . it was paid in cash . email to djb.nic.in not going to ceo, secy and others . probably blocked . other complaints for sewage blockage and mainhole missing. pl do needful at the earliest . thanks . Delhi Jal Board Delhi — Arrears for the Amt paid in June 11- in the current bill dt 27/9/11
Arreas for rs 445 in the current bill dt 27/9/11. while it was paid at corpn bank NFC . on 22/6/11 for the last bill no 381260 dt 7/6/11.it is happening again and again . and to get it set right and adjusted in future bills is extremely difficult . i do not understand that whether it is all intentional or a human error
one has to correct the system, so it do not occur again and again .
it is designated bank from DJB .
i send email to DJB, but it failed , what wrong ?
Request for appropriate action in the matter at the earliest.
