I'M A DAILY PASSENGER OF DTC. I TRAVELLING ON DATED 7TH FEB 2012. I'M HERTLY TOURCHER BY DTC BUS DRIVER & CONDUCTER. BUS NO DL-1P-C7701 ROUTE NO 39 JHEEL BUS STOP SHAKKARPUR TO KHUREJI KHAS AND BUS TIME 9-15 AM. I HAVE A LEGAL TICKET AND TICKET NO IS 87739 AMT RS. 5/-. I HAVE FRACTURE IN MY FOOT I ASKED TO STOP THE BUS ON THE STAND BUT DRIVER IS REFUSED BECAUSE I WAS ONLY PASSANGER THIS STOP. THE NEXT RED LIGHT I AGAIN REQUEST TO OPEN THE DOOR DRIVER SHOUTING AND ABUSING, THEN I ASKED TO THE COMPLAINED BOOK TO CONDUCTER, HE ALSO MISBEHAIVE AND REFUSED MY REQUEST AND HE TOLD ME JA- JA NAHI HAI MERE PAS COMPLAINED BOOK-WOOK, TU KYA KAR LEGA. DEKH LENGE,. FALTU KI TARI MAR RAHA HAI. ITNA HAI TO AUTO RIKSA SE AYA KAR JAHA JI CHAHE WAHA UTAR., I REQUEST TO U KINDLY CONSIDER AND NESSARY ACTION TO THIS COMPLAINT AND REPLY ME. I'M WAITING UR REPLY......

I m agree with his.this is daily problem all DTC bus driver not stop on bus stop for little minute.Kindly take action.All delhi public are very harass for this behave.They do not stop bus while stand girls / women and old person also.Kindly resolve our problem. We are waiting for your positive response.

BUS NO DL-1P-C8941 ROUTE NO 623 VASANT VIHAR BUS STOP R.K.PURAM TO LAXMI NAGAR AND BUS TIME 6-00 PM. I HAVE A LEGAL TICKET AND TICKET NO IS 01364 AMT RS. 25/-. I HAVE A NORMALLY SEATED IN THE BUS WITH MY OFFICE COLLEGUEAS AND SUDDENLY BUS WAS STOPPED AT LODHI ROAD BEHIND SAI MANDIR, I WAS ASKED THE DRIVER WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY ARE YOU STOP THE BUS ON ROAD BUT THE DRIVER DID NOT RESPOND AND ALL THE PASSENGER WAS LFET OUT TO BUS BY THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER ALSO AND WE HAVE SAME QUESTION SAID TO CONDUCTOR AND HE TOLD THE AC IS NOT WORKING SO THEY HAVE TOPPED THE BUS BUT ALL THE PASSENGRES SAID AC IS NOT A PROBLEM PLEASE STRAT THE BUS AND GO WE ARE ALREADY LATE AND ALSO I SAID THAT BECAUSE MY COUSIN SISTER IN THE ICU ON MAX HOSPITAL I WAS VERY LATE AND I WAS TOLD TO CONDUCTOR HE WAS ABUSING ME AND OTHER PASSENGERS AND ALSO TRYING TO HIT ME BUT I WAS VERY QUITE AND HE SAID PAHLWAN TU CHUP HO JA AUR JO KARNA HAI KAR LE BUS NAHI CHALEGI AUE BUS KABHI BHI KAHRAB HO SAKTI HAI IN HIS WORDS AND STAND BEHIND US.
