I (Hardev Singh) send my application form for renewal sticker of CDC along with required document to DG Shipping office Mumbai on 26/06/2013.Which was received by office on 28/06/2013.I made enquery from MMD office and get file no Ren/5165/2013.They told me that your CDC renewal is in progress and you will receive sticker soon.But now more than one and half month passed.Till date (12/08/2013) I did not received my cdc renewal sticker.Sir, I am getting late to apply for next contract.Please help me to get my cdc renewal sticker as early as possible. Since the BP Marine Academy approved by the DG Shipping then why the HND students are harassed for INDIAN CDC otherwise the registration of the said Academy with DG Shipping must be cancelled with immediate effect for HND Nautical Science course.Please look in to it, the parents are spending huge amount for sending their wards to UK for 2nd year to study in HND Nautical Science & after completion of course the students are denied for INDIA CDC.

i did not get my file no. first but the delivery time of file no. is with in a month but whn more thn 2 months passed i asked about my file no. from mumbai mmd by calling there.
then they told me that i will get my CDC with in 3 months of application.
but now its more than 3 months i did not received my CDC yet.

my file no. is CO / 304 / 12. can you guide me that how many days it will take to come my CDC at my doorsteps.

i did not get my file no. first but the delivery time of file no. is with in a month but whn more thn 2 months passed i asked about my file no. from mumbai mmd by calling there.
then they told me that i will get my CDC with in 4 months of application.
but now its more than 6 months i did not received my CDC yet.

i have visitted Mumbai Office in CST .regarding enquiry about CDC . Enquiry usually should start at 4 O clock. but the person come at 4.30, again he wastd the time by simply speak to others .i feel pitty about that kind of persons who have no responsibility about his job. and what they think of themselfs . we have also value for time . why should we waist our time waiting for a person of this kind. THIS KIND OF PERSONS SHOULD BE TERMINATED FROM THE JOB . i was 4th in the queue . then a policeman came and ask every one documents and if not they will not alow them to stand in queue .. what a #$%#$%. i am realy hurt, not physicaly but mentaly.
is this the way to do in this kind of office.. I DECIDED TO MOVE LEAGLY I DECIDED TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS FROM THE TOP MOST LEVEL ie i will send a copy of my complaint to PM, related ministers, and media. we can see what will happen

I had applied for indian CDC on the basis of EX Naval Rating in Feb11 and I received return application formalong with all documents (Due to on Medical certificate stamp was "not valid for ship'') when I got file no. CDC/ EN/Dackstage/ 451 dt 11 Mar 11. And I resubmission application form along with all documents( with DG Shipping authorised Doctor AK Gupta, New Delhi ) by post on 30 Jun 11.

I did not get any Information my CDC, first delivery time of file no. is with in a month but whn more than 1 months passed I asked about my CDC & told file no.CDC/EN/Dackstage/451 dt 11 Mar 11, on Telephone MMD Mumbai Office, They Told me my file no. is uncorrect 451 is not issue in 2011 Reask after one week, The reply me your File No. is CDC/EN/Dackstage/325 . So kindly please help me to get the CDC at earlieast at my home address or what is the status of my CDC on my Email .
