[Resolved]  DHBVN Electricity — Power Cuts

I am a resident of South City-2, fromthe past few months, electricity been a very big problem. Firstly, power cuts are made without any notice. And, secod, power cuts are made of duration like 5 mins, 2 mins which cause a really big problem to all the residents to change up the power backup mode and everything.
please be advised to make planned power cuts and of proper duration so residents are not hit badly with the elecritcity condition.
