Dining Plus — misuse credit card no. and made transaction

I have been called by dining plus for the free vouchers which require credit card no. I have given my credit card no and its expiry and they have done a transaction of Rs 5499 without my CVV no . This is absolutely a unauthorised transaction done on my credit card. with ref. no. [protected] by dining plus Mumbai dated 11/1/2012 on my citibank credit card. Kindly take necessary action to revert the same.
