My CIBIL rating has been lowered and it is affecting my loan prospectus.

I did not pay an amount debited to my SBI credit card towards dining plus transaction around 18 months ago. I had then requested SBI to reverse this transaction.
Dining plus have been cheating people.
I seek an assistance so that the SBI report due to this (only) Dining plus transaction is nullified....

hey call me & told that as per u r privileged customer of credit cards, we r offering u discount card of dining plus free of coast, and after taking every information they charged on my credit card I.E. standard chartered bank rs. 5499.00 on card on 29/09/2012 at 02:06:52 pm. kindly cancel the transaction & transfer the above amount on my credit card account.

The above named company viz'DINING PLUS MUMBAI'is a complete fraud and have already cheated so many peoples across india by making calls posing as banks representative and call for the details of the cards.

They offer the service absolutely free but at the end of the call you find yourself cheated with a sum of Rs 5499/ and the same happened with me.a

Dear Sir.

I am getting cheated by dining plus card. I purchased for Rs 5499.
1. The card is not accepted as per the list supplied with card. I wish to stay in Pride hotel Pune for 4 days. In card directory mentions 30% discount in Room rent but the card is not accepted by the pride hotel Pune.
2.The free stay is one more fraud by dining plus. During their selling all 365 days we can stay for free for 2 nights....

I got multiple calls from Dining Plus over the last 2 days regrding Dining Plus card.

Firstly I was asked whether I hold any credit card and when replied in affirmative was asked of which bank.

Then the person on the other line started explaining the benefits and said the card comes to you at no charge. I kept on asking about the charges was was informed everytime that there is zero liability or cost on my side...

Got a call from [protected] claiming to be Dining Plus India and asked for my Credit card expiry date, name on card , address and finally asked for One Time Password to offer a card with 25% off on every purchases across world.

Though i was convinced, when the person from the other end asked me for One Time password, i realized and declined the offer. but what if the victims share the OTP without any awareness and whos gonna...

I got a call from dinning plus saying my cell no short listed for availing promotion offer contains discount card foreign travel etc. I continued the call since it is free offer. They asked for my HDFC credit card no and expiry date. Then I said how can I share my credit card no. They told me that it is only credit card no and not secrete no is used to contact HDFC people to offer discount on my credit card....

I received a Call From dining Plus team on 9the April 2012, The Executive named Vijayragavhan Explained me thee details, he confirmed theat he requires card no and Card, Expiry dates for Verification purpose.

The fraud company name is Dining Plus and located in Mumbai customer executive call me up on 9 or 10 march 2012 and they told me that your no have been selected and we required some information from your side. so I provide an information to them and when they asked me to provide information about credit card i told them why...

I got a call yesterday from someone named Kumar from dining plus. He took my citibank card details and told me that i will receive the card within a week and that an amount will be deducted after i receive the card in my next billing cycle. But i have not recived the card and already an amount of 5,499 Rs. has been debited in my account which is not acceptable.

Kindly consider this complaint as a priority level...

We saw lot of complaints over this company Dining Plus card, here the most surprising thing is how all the Bank credit card department allowing this company to take credit from the card. Really all bank credit card department should ban and make a complaint to take necessary action or otherwise this company might swallow the money from all over the country....

I got a call in jan - feb month from a executive of dinning plus card regarding issuing a 'lucrative offers' in my name at free of cost ( the same was confirmed to me repeatedly )though initially I showed no interest but he said there are 5 benefits at absolutely free of cost including vouchers for 3 nights stay along with many other benefits. In past approx five six months back, i got a call from dinning plus those offering me some discounts at different dinning outlets. But they haven't disclose hidden cost of these discounts/offers which they are charging me, now. Therefore, i will not pay any charges to dinning plus.

I got it some documents via courier from "DINING PLUS" n i would like to inform u that i m not at all happy with the investigation...

Last month mid (January 2012) there was a call from Dining Plus and they(rep) told to me that "You are a privileged customer and selected for issue of a free credit card at free of cost from Dining Plus" and also more saying the benefits of the card uses in India and abroad and also they (rep.) requested for my SBI credit card number and asked about how long using this card. Meanwhile, I have never assured to their rep. for chargeable...

I have been called by dining plus for the free vouchers which require credit card no. I have given my credit card no and its expiry and they have done a transaction of Rs 5499 without my CVV no . This is absolutely a unauthorised transaction done on my credit card. with ref. no. [protected] by dining plus Mumbai dated 11/1/2012 on my citibank credit card. Kindly take necessary action to revert the same....

In dec,2011 I got a call from some executive of diningplus giving me details of my name, address and other details of my hdfc credit card and offering me some offers on my card for different discounts for which I requested him to send me details on my mail address as it is not possible to take decision just now on phone. This is Ramkumar from Chennai. I have Dining Plus card. (Card no is: 33 84993) I have got this card from Standard chartered bank with EMI option. They have told that one of the family members of this card holder can take full body check up in Appollo Hospital. Last week i enquired Appollo Hospital. But they told as the bond between Dining plus and Appollo finished and now they cannot give the service.
