Dining Plus — amount to be charge in statement without permission

I got a call in jan - feb month from a executive of dinning plus card regarding issuing a 'lucrative offers' in my name at free of cost ( the same was confirmed to me repeatedly )though initially I showed no interest but he said there are 5 benefits at absolutely free of cost including vouchers for 3 nights stay along with many other benefits. I have got a card bill for the feb month which charged me of rs. 5,499- towards the dining plus. I had shared no information except my credit card number ( DID not disclosed my CVV no ). The dinning plus card authorities has cheated and misused my credit card number and made an unauthorized transaction. In this connection, I would like to say that the hsbc credit card authorities should do the due diligence about the authentication of the merchant before crediting.
Now I seek your help in getting the refund of amount fraudulently debited from my credit card account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Awaiting for an early as positive.
