hi. this barath. I got selected with Directions placement consultancy. they conducted 3 rounds. They give lot of importance for communication. Luckily i got selected. This is my first interview and im so happy that they selected me.
Im very interereszted in Hr as im doing my MBA in HR. So i think this will be the best platform for me.
I am hitting the floors on Monday. Hope i gain maximum from this company. they have assured that after 6 months they will place me in the corporate concerns if i am a decent performer.
Salary is also pretty decent. Most of the consultancies paying only 5ooo as salary. But they are providing 8000 from the beginning even though i am a fresher. So i am looking forward for this job.

Hey guys. Even i attended an inetrview with CTS through Directions Consultancy. I had to wait for a long tome to meet the HR. Yes tthey did not ask for any money as registration or anything.
I think they are having a big list of clients. So too many interviews were going on. I din kow whom to contact for CTS. Finally someone showed mercy on me and came to me. They arranged the interview but again the HRs made me wait for a long time. The one good thing is that they apologisedf for the waiting time.

Hi sahana..wat u said is TRUE..All those people are really a heartless and Fraud people. I don know how those people are said to be professional. I do have a friend who worked there.He hated to the end of his life. The person named Ayyapan will show off himself like a head of a big MNC.But he is really a useless person. Then the person named saranya who is another useless who acts like a Big HR. But the really fact is they both are really fraud enough to run a consultancy. My friend worked their for nearly two months but they dont want to issue any salary for him. If he asks for salary then that fraud Ayyapan will give a big speech it seems and he will also threaten him too.I think they are not professionals by nature..So students who wish to join companies pls directly attend the interview., don go to such useless and fraud people and find urself in trouble..
Please for God sake try to Put an end to such fraudlants(Directions).

Hi my friend got placed at hcl some times ago. i heard direction gave free training in how to attend interview and communication training but when i came to your company HR said that im a reject when i asked for free training they said its stopped. can you help i need job

First you guyd should leasrn professionalism. If your friend has suffered there, he should write the post. why are you people writing on behalf of your friends? that itself shows you guys are lying. Stop wasting your time in spreading baseless rumours about good companies and go and find a life for yourself. a company cannopt satisfy everyone. Directions is a place only for performers and not useless employees who don have capacity to work. By the way Saranya has moved out of Directions BPo division in June itself and went to IT side. Then how come you are commenting about people who are not there. directions ppl are aware that ppl like you are spreading rumours and they are tracing out ppl. So don get yourself into trouble.

They either get ur mark sheets or else they get money from u and make u work for dem atleast for a month. In these days u'll realize the reality and get out. Definetly they r good you can check in the list and jd surveys instead asking anyone.these wrong information about most of the reputed organisations and mnc are posted by competitors so pls check the surveys. Direction is a good company to get placed in any mnc without any charge and good company to get trained as HR as per the st talks

What people are saying is 100% true, many freshers who lost their time by working there so never trust ayyapan. I worked there 2 Years back only for a month but still my documents are with them, they ask me to pay but myself filed a case against them. So no more monkey tricks Mr Ayyapan you will be behind the bar soon.

The HR who spoke to me thro phone said that they are calling from SITEL. conducted telephonic interview for me and said I have been selected for SITEl and can come over to DIRECTIONS to collect the offer letter. Then I questioned them as "why to come to the Consultancy and not to SITEL office". The person cleverly replied as they are conducting interview in DIRECTIONS and issuing the offer letter there itself as huge crowd cannot be interviewed in SITEL. Believing their words I went over to the DIRECTIONS. Then only I came to know the person who spoke to me is working with DIRECTIONS and they have called me send me to SITEL for interview starting from the first round. I was all the way from my home town madurai to attend this. I left the place by asking the HR why to fradulent in the name of SITEl. HR tried to compromise me. But I never.

Now II'm well settled in my life by owning a petrol bunk in my home town. Never ever get in to the trap of this consultancy.

Hi this is arjun thank you for your free personality development course Direction. graduates(freshers) with more than 80 % aggregate but not getting job because of communication prob can attend 2 days free training conducted by Direction in june month. they teach how to attend the interview. my parents wants to thank them for getting me job in a company. thank u
Dont Trust this consultancy, they will say so many things whatever comments the people regarding this consultancy is an absolute truth. I do agree i suffered a lot i just worked for 1-2 months i just left because of their torture in the name of day to day targets. They wont place you to any corporate company and they ask you to pay Rs.5000 to join. Dont believe i have seen many people suffered and im one of them.

I gave it after few days when i went and asked it for return, they said me that u need to pay us 30000 or need to work with direction for 6months. I worked for 3 months without salary. Later when i asked for my certificates in 2010 they said me " ****** they will tear and throw my certificates, Ayyapan said his father is a politician and threat me *******"
But i know they r worth of nothing. Later i paid those cheaters [censored], then i went usa...
