Discount Premium — Fraud Company

This is a fraud company.. I bought their package and send them the courier to avail those packages but could not got reply.. their customer care phone is never working..if they pick up phone by mistake, they disconnect it.

I sent them the following email but all in vain...please look into the matter..and save public money

Hi:

My name is Ghanshyam Pandey and my membership number is 301581. I am trying to contact you since last 5-6 months, but your lines are not working.

I tried to avail a room for one night in Delhi, for which I made a request to you 3 months back, but again got no reply. Same I did for outstation trip, but again got no reply.

You are duping unwary people and I am going to take this in front of consumer court or High Court. This is beyond imagination that globally renowned organisation like yours is involved in this type of activity.

If I do not get any reply or solutions regarding above matter from your side by 24 Oct, 2008 I will be open to file a legal suit against you.
