[Resolved] Discount Premium Club — No response for booking as per membership terms | |
Discount Premium Club contacted me for membership offer. I took time from them to decide on the matter. Then I found that without my consent Rs.5490 has been debited through my ICICI credit card. One day, I received membership letter from Discount Premium Club telling me to avail free holidays before membership expires on 8th Feb-09. With all good faith, I accepted the membership and later on sent the booking request form duly filled in and posted on 16-09-08 to Post Box no 9207, Delhi-110092, as given in the membership letter, but did not get any response for long time. Then I tried to contact the Noida no.[protected]. No one attends the phone - after trying 100 times, you may succeed once. But I was fortunate to speak to someone (Ms Sofia) at least three times and requested her for my booking confirmation. But everytime I get a reply of non-availability, but with the assurance that she will call me back - which never happened. Out of frustation, I have emailed at least 4 times to email id given : [protected]@discountpremiumclub.in, but nobody cared to reply. Now I am in serious doubt about this silence, ill intention and not attending phone calls or replying to emails. Request you to advise how I get the amount refunded.
