UNAUTHORISE CHARGE OF Rs.5490/- AGAINST AMEX CREDIT CARD

In June 2008 the company gave me a sales call & during that call they convince me to receive promotional offer on holidays for Rs.5490/- with a condition that the amount would be charged to my AMEX credit card only when I utilize the same. I receive their booklet consisting of voucher & the travel information but I could not utilize their offer. Complete Fraud##Non fulfillment for free weekend holiday and one week free stay

I have purchased the promotional membership to the discount premium club.
The membership start date was 30.10.2007 to end date i.e. 30.09.2008.
As per the membership the there was one free One week stay and one weekend

No response for booking as per membership terms

Discount Premium Club contacted me for membership offer. I took time from them to decide on the matter. Then I found that without my consent Rs.5490 has been debited through my ICICI credit card. VICTIM OF DISCOUNT PREMIUM CLUB

I WAS CALLED BY THERE EXECUTIVE &OFFERED THE PACKAGE OF 5490.I TOOK IT ON 10 JUNE 2008 &THEN MISERY FOLLOWED .INSTEAD OF ENJOYING THE SERVICES I HAD TO FACE THE UNPROFEESIONAL, RUDE & FRAUD ATTITUDE OF ITS CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVES.I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE EVEN A SINGLE SERVICE TILL NOW.
I WOULD ASK ALL THE VICTIMS OF DPC TO UNITE & ASK THE COMPANY TO JUST RETURN THE AMOUNT ELSE JOINTLY FILE A CASE AGAINST IT IN CONSUMER...

Don't buy any offer -ABsolute Fraud company !!

Hii, This company is Fraud, I purchased same offer in Rs 5490 and nOw, no body is taking responsiblity of services. In their call-centre girl named Nadia told me that there is nothing like tie-ups with anyhotels in India, when ever a hotels himself approaches for a promotinal scheme they can offer.

I hve not got any deal since last 5 months I m chasing them.

can sombody suggest for legal options ??
