[Resolved] Discount Premium Club — Complete Fraud##Non fulfillment for free weekend holiday and one week free stay | |
Complaint Details : Membership# 307664 I have purchased the promotional membership to the discount premium club. The membership start date was 30.10.2007 to end date i.e. 30.09.2008. As per the membership the there was one free One week stay and one weekend stay. I contacted them on their telephone number[protected] for the weekend stay as well as for one week free stay. they told me to contact in November - december period as at that time the facility was not available. During the membership period itself the hotels they have listed in their booklet saying that they are in contract with them to fulfill their committments wityh the customers. In their list Hotel City Park Pitam Pura is listyed and when I told them to kindly book the same it was informed that they are not ahving any contract with them. I have paid them Rs 5490 vide Cheque no 567077 dated 22.10.2007 of Bank of india Noida Branch. After my lot of perusal they offered to book a hotel in mussorie in December 2008 but to my utter surprise they demanded besides Rs 1700 an additional charges to be paybale to the hotel during our stay. It is beyond a shadow of doubt that I have been cheated in the name of promtion offers by Discount premium club. The discount premium club offers are adminstred and supplied by TLC marketing PO Box Number 9207 Delhi 110092 and Registered office at TLC marketing PLC 44 Baker street London UK. I have tried to contact them but no response is there. This company address, way of doing business itself is a fraud. Further it is requested that CORE may kindly investigate abount this organisation as it is continuing to decieve the customers like me. Discount premiun club — Holiday package not provided
Dear Sir/Madam,I took membership of Disount premium club worth Rs 5800/= 0n 10th Sept.2007 .I have applied for holiday tour on 3rd August 2008.Despite of constant effort of contacting the club I have faced dejection.Please tell me what action should I take.Kindly do the needful.

Hi,My self Rajeev Johari, i am a ICICI bank credit card holder.
On 7 July 2008 i got a call form marketing department of "Discount Premium Club" person named "Rahul[protected]". He offered to me "Discount Premimum Club". He told me that i will get free package for Rs "92000" in only "5490".
he Offered me
1- "Free one week holiday in other's country/ with in the country with free 1 Flight Ticket + inclueded all taxes"
2- "1 night in a five star hotel in NCR"
3- "free fitness for 1 week"
4- "Free Pampering "
5- "Free Travel"
all of the above service are only in "5490" Rs.
Then i asked for any other's charges except "5490 Rs" then he told me that no hidden cost.
he also told me that "if am not satisfy with this offer then i can return this offer to company but only with in the 15 day time limit. means till 22 nd july of 2008".
then i agreed for this offer.
now after 2 day i called his customer care "[protected]".
i asked about the flight, all other's thing. they told me that they provide only "BASE Fare" for flight. and i have to pay the all other's "Taxes". so i request for cancel my discount offer.
They told me that u cant cancel this offer.
now i am upset.
My Question is "Why the marketing person not give all the information?"
why they hide information like taxes and other's thing even i already asked about it?
so let me know what should i do?
