[Resolved] Dish TV — money refund of incorrect transaction | |||
i recharged my dishtv account through online sbi. but my money deducted and my account has not been recharged and also money is not refunded in my account within more that two month of transaction. dishtv customer care is telling we not received payment it is bank's fault and bank manager is telling i cant do any thing for this online transaction. many times i talked to dishtv customer care and bank manager . also i gave application along with dishtv's mail copy to bank two week earlier but problem has not resolved. plsz help me.
