I Sita Ram Gaur (R% Shyam Vihar, Phase2 Main Goyla road Najafgarh Newdelhi-43) am having 3 connection ( [protected], [protected], [protected]) in my house which are running in multi-connection system. Iam facing difficulties due to your subquent increase of renewal charge for multiconnection system. I therefore wish to convert it to individual connection...And there VC no. to be put into account of following names- [protected] - Sanjeev kumar Choudhary. [protected] - Sita Ram Gaur. I Manish Gupta from Jaipur took dish tv two and half years ago and took new connections just three months ago. I was told that I can have it changed under multi connections and it will cost me less... but now dish tv is refusing to convert my connections under multi connections. This is really disappointing and they really do not care about their long term customers... now i do not have any other option to leave Dish TV.. really bad...
