VC NUMBER : [protected] PLACE : BANGALORE NAME: PRASANNA BABLESHWAR "4 complaints no action - worst service I have already plaed 4 complaints. 3 of these complaints are closed without any action. I am still experiencing difficulty in accessing channels. it has been 7 days now. the first complaint was raised on 16th spet 2008, here are the complaint references 15765477 15821795 15844628 15946346 No one has come to my house till now to realign or reinstall the dish. Just becuase i am under warranty no one wants to relocate it for free. If my problem is not solved i am shifting to Sky or Hathway..enough of your Dish TV. I will wait for another 2 days, after that you can expect some bad reviews for dishtv on the internet. - Prasanna" This is the mail I wrote to them very long time back. After this I changed my house and raised request for realignment/reinstallation'. The Request number is[protected] placed on 22nd march 2009 . This time they havent closed the case even now. its been more than 8 days.My VC number is - [protected]. My contract with them ends in May and I am planning to call it quits.
