My dish tv connection wants a refreshment because it is hang now, i have tried to call this num.[protected] but problum is still unsolved, please solve this prob.

The problem is - In the screen the following is displayed software upgrade please press ok to steup transponder and back to cancel upgrade. when it is pressed ok error occured during software upgrade comes on the screen. advise me what to do to solve the problem

I am using dishtv from 6 months . When the weather is cloudy, i am not able to watch tv programmes.
When i call dishtv helpline its always engage

I totally agree ... the services of dish TV is pathetic ...for "movie on demand" i was holding on to the helpline for 20 min before getting to talk to their agent ... its horrible ...would advise everyone to avoid using dish TV if even a choice

I totally agree, they had all the money to waste it on frikin shahrukh khan but none to setup a proper customer care. if you ever want to wish, please dont buy dish
