[Resolved] Dish TV — Delay in Set-top Box Repair | |||
Dish TV VC No. [protected] Name: N.Venu Mobile Number: +91 (0) [protected] My parents have been using the Dish TV Set-Top Box for over 4 years. Recently, the set-top box stopped working and we registered a complaint with the customer care team in Chennai. The technician visited and we spent Rs. 590 to fix this. However, the issue has not been resolved. Now the Technician is not attending to our complaints and has been ignoring our issue. Can this issue be resolved? Why did we spent Rs. 590 if the issue can not be resolved? And if it can not be resolved, why is the Dish TV team ignoring my parents' concern and not giving them a clear update? Dish TV — repairing of settop box
I had availed the services of dish tv a year ago and was satisfied with the same, but from a month my set top box has not been functioning the way it used to. Now even after repeated complaains and action taken there has been no improvement in the condition of the set top box. My set top box is taken and is returned after 4-5 days and the problem comes back again in another 15-20 days. The Dish Tv providers come for survey and take the set top box along saying that all needs to be cleared at the service centre.Thus after paying a monthly rental of 300 and the set op box remaning with me for only 15 days a month then what is the use of having one. Secondly we are paying a amc charges of 400 as well. After paying all that we do not receive prompt service.
The details of the sservice provider is Premier Nirmn Pvt Ltd, Kolkata .
My name is Manish jain, ritche rd, kolkata . My set top box is lying with them and the same has yet not been delivered to me . Please cordinate with the service provider and kindly return the smae to me.
DishTV — Service Delays With Excessive Charges
Respected Sir,I've sent many of complaints about downgradation for my service pack. But they replied n'thing and not even solved.
I'm complaining to them since from 23/11/2010.
And also, after complaining, they're charging me the same prvious charges.
