As per discussed with the distributor I have paid Rs 350 for 2 month family pack. Relay we are very much dis-satisfied with your poor and monopoly service. DISH TV compiling us to recharge Platinum packages which we don't need.Like wise you are doing your monopoly service after money is deposited to you account

For kind information I have paid for 2 month family pack, but why you are recharging as per your wish, we are not interested with your Platinum package .why are you compiling us in Platinum package.


Relay we are very much dis-satisfied with your poor and monopoly service. You are not giving any choice of choosing package.

Immediate action to needed at your end to convert all my account to family pack

Even if your costumer care support executive asking all below listed information after listing all simply saying that the you are not our valid consumer(costumer) , so we can't help you.....It is better to keep friendly costumer care executive .

I am using Dish TV since long ,Recently I have purchased another dish TV for me,there was a 1 month free pack offer, I asked to recharge 2month family pack (165+165) But it automatically converting to exiting package with less validity days (i.e not showing me the due date is after 2 month from date of recharge ) One more thing the while we call to your tool free number (customer care) it deducing our main balance, even if we convene/complain to your customer care regarding family pack recharge they avoiding to discuss by saying that UR not valid consumer and so on?
pls do it needful.
