my set up box is not working please help immediatly

Dish TV — not working properly

I using dish tv connection which is only three months old now.
My vc no is [protected] .i have logged a complaint at the call center no last week and till 3 days no one came to my home after that one technician came but that time there was no electricity there.so he went with out doing anything.
next day when i called customer they told me that fault already closed by the engr.then i have to raise a fault again.
Then engr came and fixed the problem.he changed LNB and charged 300 from me.and he has not given any receipt for that.
But still the things are not wokring fine.i am trying to call customer care from last 3 days .But unable to get through.I called more than 6 times and every time call duration was more than 10 minutes.
So pls tell me is this the service which you supposed to give?
and who will compansate the loss cause to me due to your probelm.
I want all this to be sorted out first and then the compansation due to poor service.more than Rs 100 calls i alredy made to call the customer care.
i have logged a copmlpaint on 17/06/[protected]
and mailing the customer care from that day but no one came yet.

DishTV — setup box is not working

I mr. Pravinkumar my Cell.no. [protected] ..v.c.no. [protected] in the name of mr. Veeras.j.s. residing at bangalore, koramangala 8th block, 2nd main, 156, 3rd floor.
given so many complaint from 2nd Oct.08. & asuared within 24 hour, still not attended by anybody,
I request y please do the needful as soon as possible.

i purchased dish tv set top box 11/9/2008 some problem in set top box last week .dish tv service centre B-10 LAWRENCE people told me your settop box not in warraty they charged 500/- i want to know that what is the meaning of warranty one year .i file case against dish tv in consumer court matter of not a money such a big company cheated all india people

Further to my mails dated 5 Feb, 10 Feb & 14 feb 09, It is really shocking to note that no cognigance has been taken of the complaint so far. Donot tell me that such a big organisation cannot keep up the promises as requested by the customers after taking the advance money for AMC. In case I dont hear from you in resolving the issue with in next 48 hours, I will be left with no other option than to report the matter to higher authorities or go to the consumer court. Needless to say all this I want a fast resolution at your end.

Dish TV — Not turning up to repair

my VC No.is [protected]. i have given complain around 15 days back, complain No.VC/4/788. the peson came and found there was some problem with the clamp at antenna, he asked us to get the clamp. we asked him to come next day . we brought the clamp next day and called the technician to come and repair. the person did not turn up, since then we have been everyday calling the agency and the person but they dont turn up to repair. Now they say that payment was not given to them. how can i give the payment before completion of work. Also how can i give the payment untill unless the person comes to collect it.

Can some one help me the settop box is blinking and not startup, the blinling LED colour is yello/orange and not green.

I fully agree with the complaint been posted. Even my set top box was blinking and taking around 30 minutes to stabilize, gradually the duration got increased to one hour and now ultimately no light is blinking. This seems to be an universal problem which I was not aware earlier or else I would not have chosen this option. Got motivated but now I am realising when the dealer is also not entertaining to listen to my problem and handing over a phone number where no one is lifting the phone.

After sales service is very poor, they may take little extra money but must attend the problem at home. Who will now run around to get it repaired through multiple visits.
YEs very much the same DISH TV Setup Boxes have this universal poroblem and its common htey have to rectify it for free rather than charging for this as its with almnost every one
same problem has now started up on my Dish TV set top box (Zenega). For over 2.5 years it has worked well though. Not sure if any of you guys found a solution to this...if yes, please reply. Don;t think Dish or even the seller is going to do much to help me out.

i am having the same issue, the lights used to blink for around 30 min and yesterday its started blinking aid its the same tinn now its been more than 24 hrs still blinking ... any idea how to solve the issue,

My Dish TV Set Top Box (STB) is not working, the LED keeps on blinking and nothing happens on Screen. STB No. 0739ABF07DS24885.

Can some one help me "How do i get it repaired?" Where is the service station around Panjim - GOA?
It is great inconvinience without watching TV at home.
