[Resolved] Dish TV — VC# - [protected] - Not getting HD channels | |||
Hi - Ref Complaints[protected], 56000569, 56241347 I had taken the DISH TV HD package on 29th Jan 2011. I paid 2999 for the connection. I also took world cup HD pack. I am getting the following HD channels only - 1. Zee TV HD 2. Discovery HD 3. Nat Geo HD 1. Start Cricket HD 2. ESPN HD I am not getting any other HD channels. I called your help desk and they told me that it is because I have a mono LNBF and they are planning to change it tomorrow. Since I paid for the HD package but did not get these HD channels, I asked him for a credit for that period (two months free HD package). He told me to write to you. As I write, I still do not have the LNBF changed. Pls let me know how you are going to give me the credit. Till date the following people from DishTV help desk have worked on this - Sandiv Kumar Neetu Dhamija Tabassum Parveen Lata Loyal Mukesh Sharma Sandeep Negi Neha Jain Manoj Kumar Amit Kumar Jagmohan Singh Shazia Khan This has been going on since Mar 18th. I had written mails to all dishtv Nodal officers without any response. I had complained to Consumer Complaints Redressal Council India. The request number is 0000438/2011. I am also entering this info on dishtv Facebook page every day. Every time I get the message that the problem will be solved in 24 hrs. Till date the local technician has not even called me ONCE. I am sending mails daily (19 days - more than 19 mails) to that email ID. I am also keeping CFBP (council for fair business practices in loop) which is nothing but council for consumer redressal. I have kept the nodal officers - all of them. I have kept TRAI in loop.
Let us see how/when they are going to respond.
