[Resolved] Dish TV India — False promise & pathetic call centre | |
Me too suffered the same from the customer care people. I have some allignment problem with my dish TV..I have contacted and discussed the same problem on December 13 th with complain no 10321275. till date no action. I hope they are only interested to make new customer ( average 5000 customer every day). We had been given the airtel call centre no. ([protected]) for any query for dish tv. but every time when we call them there is only one option for us. for "Recharge" only. If someone having a different problem then where he/she would call? If someone having not any bsnl line then what happen?
Why there is only one option on Airtel Tall Free Number? So, management people of dishtv must take care regarding this otherwise they loos many customers.
