[Resolved]  Dish TV — Not Activating my new connection

It is very upset about the dishtv regarding the service. i have purchase a connection on 03/11/2010 by on line. but till date their is no action on activation of my connection. I also give you the below details which i have already sent to the customer care of Dishtv.

Activation of My new connection

Dear Sir
Please find the attachment of the scanned copy of the aplication form and bill of the delivery.
As per Many times follow up with you regarding my delivery of the dish tV connection and instalation. Lastly it was installed eysterday , but the installed person not actiavte my connection.

As per term i have one month free connection. So please look the mattter and solve my qurey.



I have wote to you on 08/11/2010.
I have booked a connection on line Dated 03/11/2010 , the transaction number is HO-03/11/10CAL-23764. After many times follow up with your customer care Executive my set top box has not been delivered. So please confirm me when u will deliver my set top box.

on 05/11/2010, the reference number is 1884283
on 07/11/2010. i had a call against the above reference number
